yes do it! it's not hard just have to work with it :)
A very attractive card, quite stunning. I am a beginner to card crafting and stamping and do have a question. I am having a lot of problems with ink blending backgrounds. I am finding my backgrounds are not blending smoothly and are uneven and the blending tool is leaving noticeable dark ink circles on the card. I have several kinds of ink and tried them all over and over again. The only ink I don't have is distress ink and I am beginning to think that it can't be my technique but just that I am not using distress ink pads. Should I only use Distress inks for blending backgrounds?
Hi Richard, thanks for the question! While Distress inks are made for ink blending, it's possible to get good results with other dye inks as well. It is all in the technique. To get an even blend, start adding color with a really light touch moving in a circular motion, slowly building up the color. It helps also to work the ink into the applicator (ink blending tool, sponge dauber) on a scratch sheet of paper before adding the ink to your project. I hope these tips help you! Happy Crafting :)
nice card :)
I've spent the last week searching for perhaps a used Mister Heuy's star mask, but I can't find anyone selling theirs :'(
