It's so funny seeing cold starts and people talking about using block heaters. I start my old lb7 in -40 with the block heater plugged in. My last lb7 would start at -30 not being plugged in. Now that's a cold start........
I have yet to find my block heater cord. I’ve checked every place that I have found on you tube or internet. (2018 3500 Denali Dually). Don’t need it here in Louisiana but I would like to find it.
You're lucky I don't have a block heater on my 2019 ltz z71 chevy duramax The Chevy dealership did not tell me I just found out there was a recall and they cut it off... I called corporate they said that's their temporary fix for now
Amps didn't deploy. This is exactly why I hate overly mechanical external components like that. Destined to fail! That's why I'll stick with good 'ol nerf bars.
@@deebeecooper4178 I noticed you Minnesota plates in your video. I’m in North Branch Minnesota. I bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LML 6.6L Duramax with 134,800 miles on it. I’m going to install the lift pump on it and hopefully that fuel system saver on the CP4 fuel pump when it becomes available sometime around 2/15/2022. This is my 1st Diesel, l always had the 6.0L gas. I wanted more power for towing my 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK General Patton Edition around. Thanks for your response, I thought leaving it plugged in when starting in the morning would help it to warm up faster.
If I don't drive my truck for 2 days the engine wont start. 57 degrees outside (37k miles on 2016 Duramax ) I have to jump start, should I plug in a block heater?
Jr Vasquez y’all really starting to annoy me with the “this isn’t a 2019” comments. I bought the truck from the dealership. I have the title and the window sticker. It most certainly is a 2019.
Man that thing looks so much better now that it has proper headlights in it! Nice truck!
Much appreciated man

You can tell it likes the block heater it sounds like it’s loving they cold morning
Your truck sounds really good! That's so amazing how diesel engines really work in that kind of cold.
You can set the settings so your seat warmers turn in automatically when you use keyless start
mike ohara yes mine do turn on when I remote start, they just turn off once I put the key in so have to turn them on again
How do u do it? I got a 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500HD LTZ Dually
PB blaster silicone lube spray on the moving parts of your steps might help. I also spray it on the door seals and In the window tracks
And that's why Ididn't get AMP power steps. Thanks for the video
So sick!!

1duramax that probably won’t help, try replacing the batteries and go from there
Probably batterys or starter
What happened to the 2015 duramax.
Connor Lemmerman I traded it in on a 2019. Sucks not having a deleted truck anymore but it was time to upgrade.
Aidan callen expensive
@Aidan callen Once im rich and famous yes
Wind chill actually does have a huge affect on vehicles.
Actually wind chill does nothing except get the temperature of something to that temp faster....it doesn't actually make it colder
Nou
This clickbait no 2019
