Whole choreography was brilliant!!

The brain may be as old as if not older than Sukuna, and while it may not have disastrous power like him, its cunning is arguably as dangerous; think of how many lives it's lived, and how much knowledge it's accumulated about cursed techniques and cursed energy. The Shibuya Incident was a massive victory for it, and it wears its satisfaction on Geto's face throughout the episode, utterly unconcerned by any resistance until Yuki pulls up (it was so annoyed she showed up. 💀)
choso remembers kamo noritoshi specifically because it was the body that the brain was controlling at the time choso was made you can notice it because blood manipulation is a technique from the kamo clan, and somehow it got passed to choso in these experiments
When Yuji broke the ice to free Choso and did the little turn in the air, I'm pretty sure that was nearly identical to when he broke through the window in the very first episode of JJK
to clarify the geto/noritoshi kamo stuff: noritoshi kamo (whose body was controlled by the brain) was the one who had a curse impregnate choso's mom, but he also mixed his blood in with theirs, which means that all of the death painting wombs share his DNA. and since that's DNA from the kamo clan, it's also why choso and his siblings all have blood techniques. choso says that yuji being his biological brother is possible because of noritoshi kamo extending his life by moving to new bodies, so choso's guess is that him and yuji are related specifically through noritoshi kamo. but the question now is how that happened or if it's even true, it hasn't even been a full year since geto died which means that the 150 years between him being kamo and him being geto are totally unaccounted for.

No spoiler, just helping: Yes, Mei Mei is creepy, she, as we can see in all the scenes that she appears with her brother, is emotionally manipulating him. He has shown to like her several times, and she obviously induces these acts to have greater control over him. She doesn't care about anything other than herself. Since she simply fled Japan and exchanged all her Yen, and is now in Malaysia chilling with her incestuous brother. In short, I like her character for the simple reason that she not only serves perfectly as a foil for Nanami(Someone who also likes money, but who actually cares about others and who wanted to go to Malaysia but ended up dying for caring too much about others well being), but also serves as an example for us of the type of Sorcerer that exists in this world, as not everyone is a Yuji, Todo and Nanami, many of the Sorcerers that exist are like Mei Mei, selfish.
Todo is selfish as hell and a bully which is why he got what he deserved in his final fight of the series. Care to debate me on that? And remember, it was Nanami who just wanted to go to Malaysia, KL to enjoy a peaceful vacation but chose to prioritize his comrades' and people's safety and his duty as a jujutsu sorcerer. Gege is trying to show how fricked up Jujutsu society is in actual, and Mei Mei is no good. Good for her, but it is on us to decide what is good and what is bad. Nanami was just a genuinely good human being.

This with Choso and Nanami's death were two of the major things I had spoiled for me and I'm so mad about it lol they aren't even the only ones, just the worst two. 🤦♀ But yeah it looked like the brief shot we got of the older Kamo Noritoshi had stitches on his head like pseudo-geto does, and he did say that it's 'one of the many names' he's had. So I'm thinking Kamo might've just been another vessel like Geto. I feel real bad for the young Kamo Noritoshi guy from the Kyoto school though. Like stop passing down that guy's name when he's known as the stain on the Kamo clan 😂 unless they did it to him on purpose to humiliate him since he's the son of a concubine, which would be SO shitty. Great episode but I feel like they missed a cool opportunity to have the fake Geto say something like "delicious" when he eats the cursed orb thing he turned Mohito into. Would be an interesting way to contrast what real Geto thought about eating the the evil spirits and make him seem even more sinister.
Fake Geto isn’t a curse, so most likely a human aswell. Something as nasty as geto described it would probably be as nasty to 99% of other humans aswell.

they were definitely going for that vibe, the anime doesn't include it but during the snow forest scene in the manga, it even ends with a second wolf coming in at the end that looks way stronger than yuji's wolf to represent geto suddenly showing up

But boy is it still weird. Grooming your underage brother is not a good look. Delving more into the Mahito scene, if you remember, there was a really odd scene a few episodes ago where Mahito just stared at fake Geto after what happened with the Prison Realm and everyone announced their plans. This imposter planned everything out. From Gojo's capture to having Sukuna as a backup plan to the exact date that the plan would be executed. And yet, after the plan was done, he suddenly became a lot less specific and basically went, "Uh, do whatever you want." Someone who planned things out that meticulously suddenly just improvising was odd. His words suddenly seemed less true. And that's why Mahito tried to touch him first. He was born from humans. And one thing he knows extremely well is just how quickly they are to betray those closest to them.
Get ready to settle in with the feeling of hopeful expectation getting destroyed time and time again in this series. It's the general theme throughout the entire manga beyond where the anime has gone too. Frustrating as all hell. But you cant say it doesn't make for some good back and forth tension.
Yeah, meimei is basically the foil to nanami. She's a selfish woman who only cares about money and uses her brother for her own gain. Grooming him and making it so that he can only use his technique and cursed energy to hurt benefit. She dipped out on the fight using his technique. And then nanami couldn't stay being a businessmen and making the rich richer. He was half burnt and still thinking about helping megumi and maki. When he was near death he was daydreaming about finally taking a vacation in Malaysia. He definitely deserved to be able to retire into relax, but it just shows that good people like him get cut down and the nasty people like meimei still come out on top
Nobody should be shocked though, I'm surprised she would even challenge Geto alone. Retreating in order to save her life seems in character more than fighting the big bad alone.
