5 Years Old | Cute Father/daughter Skiing
Вставка
- Опубліковано 10 січ 2024
- As a dad, skiing with any of my kids is one of my favourite things to do. In this video, I ski with my 5 year old daughter who is becoming more and more proficient on the slopes.
Adia has been skiing since she was 1 years old. Powder skiing can be incredibly hard and Adia is doing quite well considering her little legs.
Adia and I ski together often and it is a great way to bond as a father daughter duo.

In this video, I share three core principles for making the process easier and more fun for everyone involved.
"What's your plan?" Such a simple and direct way to start a conversation and get kids (and adults alike!) thinking of their own solutions. Adia was so cute in this video!
“Everybody ski today since it is so snowy “❤
"Bad root". My gosh she is so cute and so much fun.
“Yes, but that was just a crum!” 😂 Oh my goodness, she literally had me laughing out loud in this one, in several places! So glad to see that her chin injury hasn’t taken away her indomitable spirit! 💕
“the whole bunch” - classic. Thoroughly enjoyable 😊
Great to see Moosy Moo back on the snow and entertaining us ...."I only had chocolate crumbs ".....I wonder where the chocolate disappeared😭😭🤔👏👏😉
Adia always makes me smile, (all your kids do, but she is much more vocal,) she seems to have such a positive attitude all the time. Love her confidence too.
Adia "The Chin" Shiffrin is going to be blowing your minds left and right in a few years. On two wheels and on skis. :) Always a pleasure to watch!
Hi princess Adia you are a awesome cute little skiier and a cheeky and happy little girl ❤❤❤❤

Love this! Adia is improving so much each year! She's hilarious! I've had a rough week and this had me laughing and smiling throughout!!
This makes me so happy! I'm teaching my son to ski this winter (he's 4). My parents and grandparents taught me when I was 3! So many great memories. :) I can't wait to make them with my kiddos!
Couple of days before the first season with our oldest (2,5 year old) kid. Thanks so much for all of your joyful videos. It really helps us prepare, and it also creates an image for our daughter on what it will be like on the slopes. Love from Belgium!
Omg Aida you are so cute. Bad root! And it was a crumb! 😂 Your skiing and confidence is awesome.❤️
Наконец то мы дождались нашу принцессу. Рад видеть в добром здравии и хорошем расположении духа. Бояться вовсе нечего, Бог хранит! Радуюсь с вами. 😊 🙏

❤ she’s so silly!!!! Kids really give you a ‘fun way out’ of boring adult life!!! I love the fact that you had her plan her way out of the brushy little trees! I can see the amount of confidence and problem solving skills your kids have! Good job as usual, Courtney and Erich!❤
6:25 Omg..!! She just took off, kind of a same thing which Adia did when she was riding her bike.
I think everyone agrees that is Adias best video yet. She had me laughing the whole time. Does she have any fear??? Please keep these amazing videos coming. The boys blow my mind how good they are. I love your parenting style!!!❤
Ok, after watch it 4 times I finally remembered. 5 year olds have half the distance to fall. She had so much fun!
Missed you guys so glad you’re back!
What a fun watch. Great plan, Adia, just great!!! 😊💗
this is sooo cute ! well done !
Powder skiikg is HARD!
She's being taught right.
The days of "small like a ball" seem far away now! - she grows so fast!
Yeah she is getting big!
Thought the exact same thing. (I may or may not have said it out loud when she was tucking!)
Stitches can't keep Adia down for long!!!!
So cute. A friend just turned me onto your channel. Very cool! I’m wanting to take my six year old son to the slopes for the first time. But I can’t decide whether to get him setup for skiing or snowboarding. I’ve done both. Any tips for how to decide which he should try first?
Honestly, both are fine. Whichever you start with I think it will be best if you are “all in” on that choice and just focus on having fun on the board or skis! Skiing IS technically easier to pick up (day 1-3) but it’s harder to master long term (day 100+). But if you dig board sports and love the idea there is nothing wrong with starting on the single plank.
@@ThatMountainLife love that - be “all in” sounds like good advice for snow sports as well as just life in general. 😄

You are not a Kid unless you had stitches! And on the chin no less.
