Those who are not from IIT/ NIT. Just get into the job field u want...with whatever package u are getting....after 4-5 years u will be at the same level of packages of at that time of iitians / NITIANs. Just keep grinding. Consistency and discipline helps any person grow.

A good platform generally gives good opportunities...So from my point of view preparation of any competitive exams either technical or non-technical like GATE to get into a better college from whatever college u are ...because if u r a bright student from a normal college no would ask.... that's why a good platform(college) is important !

After 4-5 years people with same level of technical knowledge earn almost same irrespective of their college. U may start from 4.5 or 3lpa but remember keep learning techs and work on yourself, you may even beat the IITians/NITians package after 4-5 years. 😌

First, good video. Can you also help with answer to a few (though long) questions 1) Which branch the students are from and which companies they applied for ? If you don't wish to tell exact branch, you can tell non-circuit ( chemical, mechanical, metallurgy,, civil, environmental, etc.) or circuit (computer science, electrical, electronics) branch and company's domain (software, core , consultancy etc) 2) What preparation was done during 2nd and 3rd year (like choosing minor, electives, additional learning, hackathons etc) and during placement season (choosing companies to apply for, eligibility criteria, written and GD, technical rounds etc) 3) Typical interview questions by companies ? I know asking a lot, but really appreciate your help.
