    Ride where others fear to go with the REV'IT! Offtrack jacket and pants. Combined, they make an adventure-ready suit that can stand up to anything you’ll throw at it. Thanks to a 450D/600D polyester shell infused with 3D air mesh and PWR|shell, the Offtrack is a properly technical garment. Inside, a thermal liner can keep you warm when the mercury drops. Additional features include reflective elements, connection zippers, a Napoleon pocket, and Seeflex CE level 2 protection (Divided Chest Protector and Seesoft CE level 2 Type RV back protector sold separately).

    I was thinking of buying the Sand 3 jacket and pants combo. But I live in Lisbon, Portugal. The winter isn't that cold here. Our summer gets quite hot though. Would the Offtrack be a better option for this kind of weather than Sand 3? Thanks!

    Are the offtrack pants compatible with other revit jackets like the revit sand 3?

    I really like this jacket, I've tried it on in the UK but the material feels lightweight. Is it protective enough for occasional motorway riding at 70-80mph?

      The 450D and 600D construction is definitely protective for riding at those highway speeds. -DrewZilla

    Great look at this gear, not being able to see this in person my question for you folks who have had it on, maybe even HVB, if I went up a size for a little room is there enough for a Gerbing liner when the temperature gets cold, and speculate as to how effective it might be with those mesh panels? I'm in Georgia where it gets cold but maybe 2 or 3 months of the year, I'm trying to decide between the Offtrack and the Sand 3. Thank you.

      Unless you're right at the top of a given size, you shouldn't have to size up to accommodate a Gerbing heated liner. If most of your riding is spring/summer/fall in Georgia, I'd lean towards the Offtrack. -DrewZilla

      Thank you both! Exactly the Q/A I needed to have resolved, I'll stick to my true size then! 👌👍

    I read and heard that this jacket is the replacement for the sand 3.. What do you think about it ? At the first I want to buy the Tornado 2 , but I saw the Sand 3 and I like it... Now I am very confused on what to buy... What you recommend me for dayle travels on the city (home to work and work to home around 60 kilometers daily) with temperatures around 33 celcious degreed ,,, Also on weekends some trips outside the city.. hope you can help me to pick the best jacket and understand the main differences between those models. Thanks.

      As far as we know, it's not a replacement for the Sand 3, it's just a different design tailored for mainly hotter weather. At 33C, the Tornado 2 has the most ventilation, but the combination waterproof/thermal liner would feel hot during summer rains. If you carried a separate lightweight rain jacket to wear over the Tornado 2 (and without the thermal rain liner), it's the best option for any summer weather. The Sand 3 doesn't have as much ventilation as the Offtrack, so in your situation, I would recommend the Tornado 2 with a separate rain jacket or just recommend the Offtrack. -DrewZilla

       RevZilla Thank you. So, definitely Sand 3 is not recommended for hotter weather, so we can remove form the equation. According your recommendation Tornado2 and Offtrack are the ones I am interested. I know that Tornado has more ventilation because it has more mesh... But you think is there any differences talking about resistance for impact or abrasion between the tornado and offtrack? is a topic to have in consideration or are the same? I mean tornado is 370 dls and offtrack is 440 dls .. Why the difference Between this two jackets? ? or is the same ? because I can use lightweight rain jacket to save money or pay 70 extra dls for what (differences)? ... Really hope you can help me to understand just to buy this week. Regards !

      Abrasion resistance is similar between the two, but the Offtrack has more zippers, adjuster straps, and the extra outer pocket material. The Offtrack also has the two separate rain and thermal liners, whereas the Tornado 2's liner is a combined rain/thermal liner. This additional stuff on the Offtrack makes it more expensive. The best value would be to get the Tornado 2 and carry a light rain jacket. -DrewZilla

    This new studio colour and design are very distracting. But good videos like always.

    Is it red or fluorescent orange?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  5 років тому

      It's actually red, even though it appears fluorescent under the studio lights. -DrewZilla

    Holy mackerel! How can you talk so much and fast and still keep it up for 8 minutes talking mainly about the jacket. Great review though 😅
