I'm on day 4 of keto. Feel like hell but I'm going to push through cause I've seen so many testimonies of ppl who overcame mental disorders with this diet. I suffer from anxiety, depression, mood swings and severe brain fog. For me, this diet is a lifeline. Can't wait to hit the 30 day mark. I most consume meat, eggs, seafood, dairy, avocadoes, nuts and coconuts. Lots of animal fats and coconut and olive oil.
I noticed a huge difference in my mental health the first week, I’ve been doing ketovore for 2 months and I plan to staying on this lifestyle, I feel great!
@@vanamarkarian Thank u so much! Almost 3 weeks in and I can already feel a huge difference. I'm starting to feel a bit clearer in the head, like the fog in my brain is starting to lift, so I'm really excited about that. My mood has also been really stable. I have this constant sense of peace. And my teeth feel super, super clean! So far, those are the biggest changes I've seen. Can't wait for more positive changes to come! 😊

I liked the concept that you ate carnivore 5 days a week and some carbs on weekends. I might try that. Not go over board on w/e but be able to indulge in some things maybe just keto then
Absolutely! I think the 5 & 2 days split worked beautifully, made the week days that much more productive and also made the weekends a bit more special. I hope you give it a try as well 🙌

That’s amazing! 1.5 weeks were really bad for me but after that there was no looking back!! Keep at it 🙌

assalamualaikum promi...did you have any fruits to eat or did you just have meat?
Fruits are high in sugar so I had them during weekends only.
Weekdays were mainly meat and some veggies from time to time 😊
