I’m definitely gonna do this, also i don’t know how I should structure my basketball training weeks, like when should I do shooting, finishing, and handled. And can you do one of these for 3 point shooting?

Off topic but I’m 5’10 and started grabbing rim 2 weeks ago. I’ve been jumping everyday and doing the “thing”. Definitely has helped, hopefully I can get a dunk writhing the near future

    As someone named Tim.
Him calling someone who isnt named Tim Timmy 200 times in 10 minutes was pretty punishing.
Could’ve just said he/him or the player. Cause any name said that many times is annoying.
I don’t think I’ve heard my name as many times in a year as he said it in this video.

What a waste of time, no way "Timmy" got better just doing these. This is content just for content sake. Y'all should go watch By Any Means Basketball TV, Chris Gatlin, or ILoveBasketball TV on this topic to actually improve because this sucks.
