The one big problem I have with the Athletic Posture (AP) that Ross and Bobby constantly recommend in every drill is that it kills your knees if you’re 30+. I think kids can do that shit any time of day, but my knees scream with pain after a 10 min drill involving the AP.
also, after watching the nba and seeing people like lonzo who had insane talent but couldn’t have full careers bc destroyed bodies from running/doing rough drills 24/7, it makes me question whether just weight training/power lifting is the best route. when done in a safe and controlled environment it should never cause injury, unlike some of the really complicated movements in some of these drills

None of this will work including the box jumps. No progressive overload. No overload at all. Hence these are not plyometric exercises. Stop misinforming people.

Dont do it 4 days a week it will do more harm than good and the progress will be slow your legs need alotl More time to heal i suggest 2 times a week 3 at most
this just isn’t true for most kids in high school or bellow when your young you recover so much faster 4 days a week is perfectly fine if anything it should be 5 or 6 days a week
@Guywithnolimbs 6 is way overblown even if you heal faster your legs work like every other muscle rest is KEY so if u do straight training progress can happen cause your not giving your muscles the correct rest they need

It looks like you struggle getting up. Is this bad for your knees. Thats what my physical therapist thinks. But i am slowly stwrt3ing to not trust his opinion
He isn't EXPLODING up. He should be going from knees to feet, not rolling from his knees to his feet. I think he's at least 6'5" though, so he probably doesn't need to be as explosive as if he was shorter than 6'3".
i feel like physical therapy is a scam, i broke my collar bone in the middle of last august and i never went to physical therapy, instead i did dumbell bench press with lighter weights and worked my way to get back to normal
