Thank you Donna for that fun tutorial. I really love the pattern you chose and the green colors are so bright and cheerful,.mixed with the perfect background lighter fabric. The choices you made for the backing turned out fun with the blocks, just loved it. The give away quilt was very nice. I have never seen the tutorial you mentioned where that particular quilt was made. So, that is where I'm going next.
Patricia Hurt I recently purchased (well, hubby purchased) a 4 foot ruler just for that. It has made a real difference in keeping my strips straight. Who’d thought? Lol
This quilt is one of the most interesting ones you have posted recently. I think it must be the border treatment which makes the center be prominent, but allows your eye to appreciate both areas of the quilt equally. I shall definitely add this pattern to my Christmas list. Congratulations, the quilt is amazing. You are an excellent teacher, and I love that you keep reminding viewers to cut carefully, press well and keep their seams accurate. Well done! Karen Gobeil, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada
That is absolutely gorgeous! You do such a wonderful job of explaining! My folder of videos of quilts that I need to make just keeps growing and growing!
Wow! This pattern just moved to the top of my "must make" list! Really appreciate the explanation of sewing the strips so that the seams nest. Seems like I am constantly re-pressing seams to achieve that.Thank you, Donna, for another wonderful tutorial.
Such a lovely quilt! Love the brown and green together, and the almost 3D effect it gives. Thank you for the videos, you always explain and make things very clear and concise.
I am working on my first quilt and your tutorial made it so much less scary. I am using old car tshirts and then want to do a denim back. It is a birthday gift for my husband. I am going thru more of your tutorials for more help. Thank you.
Dear Donna, I love most all of your quilts! And, even though I’ve been quilting for 35 years, I am learning so much from your tutorials. In fact, I’ve gone a little nuts watching all the videos I can, going over all my fabric to see what I need and what I have. I’m planning to make two quilts for my teenage granddaughters. I have the fabric for Braidwork a Cozy Quilt pattern coming from you, and for Kaffe Stars, which is for the younger preteen who still likes fun stuff in her life. So it started with Peppa for her. Can’t write more now, but will later. It’s my husband’s 80th birthday today! Love to you and your wonderful family.
A quilt fabric shop closed in my area a few years ago and at the final sale I bought two jelly rolls and the owner gifted me three matching fabrics. I’ve been looking for a pattern and now I’ve found it! Love your tutorials. José, Coffs Harbour, Australia
Donna Jordan, you are a marvellous teacher. I love the patterns you choose. They are adaptable and often challenging but splendid results. Keep up the GREAT work! Kathy in Canada
Just love this design! I always enjoy seeing the versions you make from the Cozy Quilts designs and I particularly liked this one - the border design was simple but eye-catching too.
Ok, you just helped me decide what quilt pattern I’m going to use to make my cousin’s quilt. It’s PERFECT ! I have this pattern and can’t wait to use it ! Again, thank you for ALL you do !
Donna Thank-you so much for sharing with us your passion and knowledge. I Love watching your tutorials, I learn so many techniques. And your work is so Beautiful. Can’t wait till your next project
Absolutely fabulous Donna. Just love your tutorials as always. I’m always so excited when you put up a new video. In between times I go back and watch your other ones. Always interesting and I always learn so much. Thank you.
Again you demonstrate how much you love the process of creating a quilt, I am constantly impressed by your level,of producing a product that is inspiring. I am trying some of your techniques to get my sewing more accurate. Those 1/4 inch seams are the trickiest no matter how many years and how many machines are involved. Thank you
I love this! It turned out really beautiful, Donna! I don’t know how you put these out so fast, but I’m glad you do. I always look forward to the next one, right after I finished watching the new one. 😁
I love this pattern! I have a jelly roll that’s all purple and green lilacs that I think would look amazing in this pattern. Thanks Donna for another great tutorial!
your tutorials are wonderfully easy to follow....and you are thorough...and i do love this pattern.....love the greens and blacks....but the border....wowza! i am going to use that border idea for a quilt pattern that i was trying to make bigger with limited fabric....thank you again for being so dedicated and obviously enthusiastic!
Donna, is there any possibility that you could show us how you take your quilt off of the quilting machine, how you cut it square and how to make and add a pieced binding? I realize you only have 20 minutes or so but if you could touch on those aspects it might help us young (not in age) inexperienced quilters. Thank you so much for all your tutorials.
Well Donna you have done it again what a beautiful design and the colours work so good together I am so envious of your skill I often wonder how long you have been quilting I do not think I have enough years left sadly
As always great instructions and a very inspirational quilt. I even love the colors..the green and brown work well and the pieced border is very nice. The stripe on the back makes a very modern quilt.
Wow, I love this quilt! You explain everything so well in all of your videos. This will be a quilt to do after my current charity project. Thank you for expanding my quilting world. I would rather watch your videos than some of the online classes I have purchased in the past. I am using up some older yardage for Rail Fence Quilts for my charity project using Matt's cutting method. Also making a new pressing board with Matt's video as my guide. I will post up a picture when I am done. Thank you to you both for all of your knowledge and tips.
Just love your tutorials! This quilt is so beautiful...it is now on my list to make. Thanks for your detailed and simplified instruction! And thank you that you give so many of your quilts in the giveaways! Just wish I could win one! 😄
I have been quilting for over 23 years and I have learned so much from your tutorials. I will have to take a trip to Oregon soon. I love this pattern and will be ordering soon. I do appreciate your generosity with many free patterns. I have ordered several times and just got my last order today. Can't wait to start them, such fast service and how quickly you answered my emails. Thank you
I had hoped that you would make a tutorial on this quilt. I bought the pattern from you several weeks ago and will be making a queen size quilt from it. It will make a beautiful summer themed quilt. Thanks, as always!
Was watching you make the pillow cases today on UA-cam. I have myself at least 2 dozens(always use 2 cases per pillow. I found the small fabric in the middle looked awful after washing. So I fix it by folding it in half then open line up with top and sew down the fold line bring the other half up to match other half then continue with the sewing. It keeps it laying down so nice after washing
Stunning quilt Donna!! Always love your tutorials, so many tips that are so very helpful! Your pieced border on this is beautiful and I love the way you pieced the back of this quilt! Thank you so much!
Love this one! The border is really great!
This quilt is GREAT and looks like I can actually make it!
Excellent teaching and GREAT camera work!!!
I have made this quilt for weddings. It's a great "hugs and kisses" pattern and beautiful when done.
Love your nail polish color.
Omg, you explain this pattern so much better than the other video
Thank you, Donna. I always look forward to your tutorials.
Beautiful, Beautiful quilt. I particularly love the border. I'm gonna have to try that on my next quilt
Holey moley your instructions regarding direction to press seams … fabulous !!!

This border would be gorgeous around a panel also. Thanks for sharing!

I absolutely love this quilt. Awesome job Donna!
Thank you Donna for that fun tutorial. I really love the pattern you chose and the green colors are so bright and cheerful,.mixed with the perfect background lighter fabric. Picking the fabrics, a background fabric and thread choice for quilting is helpful for beginners.
You do such a great job on your tutorials.
I sew bags and pouches but not quilts, but I always watch Donna's quilt tutorials. Is there anything she does that isn't exquisite?
Hi Donna only just seen this video and I think this quilt is reversable. Brilliant.
Thank you.
Greetings from London
You do wonderful tutorials. Thank you.
Very pretty quilt!! You're almost at 200k subscribers, that's awesome, congrats to you and Matt! 💚
Love, love your Quilt, beautiful work.
You have the best tips and tricks. Lining your strip set up with the straight edge of the ironing surface is brilliant. Great quilt, too.

Same! The large tables must help but it's still an amazing turnout
Howdy Holly!
I agree with the 8. The fabric is beautiful ❤️ . Dandelion is still upset about wearing her collar! Be blessed ❤

I love this quilt! I can see it in many colors. Thank you!!
Lovely quilt, great tutorials always. Thanks
Love this pattern it is a repeat block, which I usually do not like, but it is so not the same each time. Strip blocks are the most versatile.

Is it possible for you to show tips on cleaning your cutting mats and straightening them out. How to maintain your rotary cutters and scissors?
