Is it better than la roche ?
I use to wear the heliocare spf50 advanced gel, and it was great. I've tried the 360 oil free as I thought this would be similar, my mineral powder makeup doesn't seem to adhere on top of it properly, it's like it breaks down and transfers like it's not sticking to my skin. I'm interested to try the 360 water one but paranoid it's going to be too hydrating for my oily skin or not work with my makeup. Any tips or ideas?
Hi there! I hate when that happens ;( here’s a few simple things I have tried in the past: maybe you can try it and see if one of them solves this problem for you?
1) I make sure I give my products a GOOD shake before application
2) I make sure that I give the SPF enough time to absorb completely before applying makeup
3) sometimes, I add a primer after applying SPF, let settle in nicely and then apply my makeup.
If I were you I would try a sample of the Watergel first, maybe a salon near you? Because in your case, it might only worsen your problem, as it is very hydrating. However, it is not “oily” either, so it could work. But before making a purchase, just test it out first.
If none of these solves the problem, it really just could be that the formulas of the SPF and your makeup doesn’t compliment each other…
Let me know!
@@BiebieOtto thanks for the reply. I'll keep playing about and see if any of your tips help. Just find it weird that the application with the Advanced was perfect but the 360 isn't. Anyway thank you for the video and replying 😊
Thank you !!
You are so welcome!
Q.1) Does methoxybenzoylmethan ( avobenzone ) in heliocare 360 water gel would give same protection like titanium dioxide ( nano ) in heliocare 360 oil free gel.??
Q.2) are hybrid sunscreens like above one gives much more better protection from uv rays than physical / mineral sunscreens ??
kindly Waiting for positive response...
Hey :) All Heliocare 360 products give the same level of protection - they all offer broad spectrum protection against UVA, UVB, Infrared A and Invisible/blue light.
The majority of Heliocare products, with the exception of the Heliocare 360° Mineral Tolerance Fluid, contain a combination of mineral and non-mineral filters. This allows the highest level of protection in a combination of product textures to ensure that everyone can find a Heliocare product that suits their skin perfectly :) You can find more on their website.
Thanks for video. New sub here!
Your so welcome Mary Anne! Great to welcome another #sisterinselfcare.
Do suggest gel version for sun sensitivity for melasma? I mostly outdoors with big hat and same type of sunscreen but still melasma getting a bit darker. Any suggestions
Hi SG. I’m sorry to hear about your melasma but so happy to hear that you are still enjoying the outdoors! You should also look into their oral capsules for added protection! Dermatologists in my country all recommend Heliocare. Honestly, that is the best part, with Heliocare, all their products provides the highest of protection, so any of these two products will do. It depends on what skin type you have and if you like a more matt or glowing skin?
@@BiebieOtto I'll definitely ask my skin specialist about those pills. My skin is greasy on the t zone.
If I were you I would go for the oil- free then ;)
@@BiebieOtto thank you for your response. I'll look into that.
Hi mam, how can you differentiate if it's a legit/authentic or a fake one?
Very good question! As a lot of brands try to copy them. I usually contact the Official Heliocare social accounts in my country and ask them to check if the shop is listed as a legitimate supplier. So rather be sure to double check with the brand itself before buying it.
Is Water gel can be used on combination and acne prone skin?
Yes definitely!
Hi dear,,,,i have dusky with combinational skin...which sunscreen suits me in heliocare?
Luckily none of these leaves a white “film” or cast on your skin so in terms of your skin tone both can work. The oil-free has a slight colour but it absorbs and fades away. So it is up to you to decide whether you like a more “glowly” look (then go for water gel) or a more matt look (then oil-free). 🌸 Personally I will choose the water gel if I were you.
*glowy”
@@BiebieOtto thank you dear ❣️
As soon as you said ‘hi ladies…’ i left! Why so sexist? Men are interested in this stuff to y’know?!
Hey Jake, thank you for your comment :) You know, it is always good to get feedback and you are right, SPF is crucial for everyone. My channel is mainly for ladies but I will keep this in mind, so thanks for pointing that out to me. Xx
Exactly! She keeps doing that actually! #Dislike
