Antonio I absolutely love the black and gold from the Melbourne collection, as well as the Tokyo Fuyu. There are so many ways I could dress this up in my wardrobe such as wearing a nice sport coat with some dark denim. I also could dress these down and still bring a bit of simplistic elegance to my outfit. I haven't been able to buy anything from the Fifth yet but they seem like a very high quality brand and I love seeing them on your channel!
Antonio you inspired me to wear all this clothes, every time when i wear elegant clothes people always complement me, its all because of you, also you helped me with my depression whenever i felt sad or lonely i was just clicking your videos, you helped me a lot and made me feel more confident and motivated thank you for your job, im sure you inspire other people to be confident man thanks a lot, keep going i know with every your new video you help guys to be better and more confident, thanks sir.
@@RealMenRealStyle I agree with this Alibek. I stumbled onto your videos about 2 months ago and I've been watching them all. I've added a few pieces here and there (Within my budget) and even reorganized my closet (color coded). This helped me out big time. I found stuff that I can now use that was just sitting in the back of my closet. Even if I'm going to the supermarket it's not just jeans and a t-shirt anymore. I'm really enjoying dressing up a bit more. You do great work Antonio, keep it up man!
@@RealMenRealStyle Quick Question. I have a Gray unlined casual Jacket that has 3 buttons. I saw in a previous video that Casual Jackets should only have 2 buttons. Is this a deal breaker? I haven't worn it in years but I think it looked nice when I tried it on with some Jeans. Can or should I have a button removed? Is that a thing? Also any tips to bring a jacket back to life when it's been crushed in the back of the closet.
Yup. This is THE outfit. It's all I wear unless I opt out of the jacket for more casual looks. Otherwise it's perfect. What I really like about it is that it allows me to be dressed better than, as you said, the vast majority of people but I never feel like I'm being too over the top like I might in a suit.
One thing that I love about sports coats is the additional pockets. When I wear a sports coat I have plenty of space to put my sunglasses, cell phone, business card case, handkerchief and pocket knife. I have found that unless I’m wearing cargo pants it’s kind of hard to carry all the tools I like to have with me. A sports coast solves this issue and looks great! Thanks for all the videos and excellent information. I have checked out the 5th watches and my two favorite watches are the New York Upper East and the Tribeca. I love the simple style and design. These watches are true modern classics. Have an awesome day!
Like Antonio, I really like the sports jacket + jeans combinations. For me, medium/light gray sports jackets with dark or slightly faded indigo jeans are a match made in heaven.
I pulled this look off for the first time today at work and got several compliments. I wore a navy sports jacket with a slight pattern in it, indigo jeans, dark brown Chelsea boots, a grey cambray button down collar shirt and a seiko watch.
Absolutely IN LOVE with the Brooklyn, Tribeca, and Broadway New York watches. Such a simple but stated design. As a young male building his wardrobe, a watch like this something I want to add in
I really enjoy dressing in this style, it's professional and yet casual at the same time. At the Fifth Watches I like the New York line - that Brooklin watch is gorgeous!
It's a hard toss up for sure! I love the white and tan Melbourne and the broadway! At 26 I'm finally starting to build a respectable mans wardrobe. And does it show! I hang on to the information in these videos like no other. The respect that dressing better brings not only from my coworkers but also wait staff is totally worth the expense! Thank you so much!
Dear antonio, I would just like to thank you for all the good work you have done for all of us that definiteley needed these kinds of videos. I used to be your average poorly dressing high school teen. I never bought clothes unless my mother was with me to give me advice, but ever since I discovered your channel I feel a lot more confident in the clothes I buy and wear. Now i get compliments everytime I walk anywhere simply for wearing clothing that fits properly. I usually say "thank you" to those people, but the one I should really be thanking is you. As of recently I have been looking into buying a watch, but as you can assume a high school kid such as myself really doesn't have a very large budget. As such, any opportunity I get to leech off of your generosity will be greatly appreciated. As for the watch I love the most from the Fifth, it would definitely have to be Tribeca with a brown band from the new york collection. The brown leather simply matches my shoes perfectly, and I have always had a sweet spot for rose gold.
This is a great video! I work for a German company and they have implemented the Jeans for work since it is considered dressy in Germany. This helps to dress the Jeans up during the work day and out and about! Thanks!
These videos are always gold. Just a suggestion for some of the guys with broader shoulders and athletic builds.. I've had A LOT of difficulty finding sports jackets to wear but I was told to check out Eddie Bauer's travel blazer, they're a polyester blend, water/ wind resistant, with a slight stretch to them, and I love em. They're on the casual side with the fabric and sports lapel but that's perfect, IMO, for jeans and chinos. If any of you know of better/other options I'd encourage you to toss them out there. More guys are caring about how they look and with that more info/ knowledge is always a good thing.
The Melbourne collection white and tan is my favorite, with the New York collection Upper East as a second. I have been reading your website for about six months. I do find the sports jacket and jeans combo to be a good choice for me. I have a gray herringbone sports jacket that I wear a lot, paired with dark denim and brown shoes. I usually go without a tie, but do wear a pocket square and a gray flat cap. As you said, not too stuffy but definitely better dressed than 95% of the guys out there. Your infographics are a great help to those of us still early on in our education. I appreciate your hard work, and so does my wife!
The New York upper East is a classic look. Thank you for all your tips. Changing up my look to more style and my wife loves it! Would look great with my cubavera linen blend blazer.
Since living here in Bangkok, I rarely wear jeans anymore. For the first time in a year, I'll be wearing a blazer I haven't wore in two years and jeans I haven't wore in a year this upcoming Monday; and the anticipation that's building is INCREDIBLE! Haha
I love this look, it's my go-to. If I were to add any thing it is that my favorite variation to it is to wear a turtleneck shirt. This might sound weird but it looks awesome. I have even worn turtlenecks with a suit and it works there as well. Something about the opposing shapes of the collars just looks so cool, and stands out. Also the Steve Jobs vibes are never a bad thing per say.
This look has become my go-to. As a facilitator it allows me the comfort I need while letting people know that I am approachable and still mean business.
Dress jeans w/sport jacket totally one of my "bread and butter" outfits. When done right very few places are off limits to you and you either fit right in or look better than the crowd.
I wear tweed jackets / jeans/ brogues/ most of the time, I’m fortunate to live in the countryside and this style of clothing fits right in, it looks in my opinion , smart , classy and classic, my day job is driving a 40 ton truck, people are surprised when they find out, they think I’m a professional guy , wearing the right clothes projects a favourable imagine, and people notice you , I regularly get told I look “very dapper “ which is nice 😊🇬🇧
This is one of my go-to outfits as I love odd jackets and pairing them with both jeans and dressier trousers is really fun and versatile. Lately, as the high where I am is high 50's, I've opted for a classic single breasted navy blazer and love how it pairs with my lightweight wool trousers and single monks.
About 10 years ago I pick up a black Gap sport coat I was 20 and first professional job and I still ware now and then on on Casual Friday to work. I really do love that black fifty watch
I'm new to business as well as being new to your chanel and I gotta say very informative I have yet to go through all of your videos but each time I learn something new and apply it to my daily business life and I find I get compliments quite often so thank you very much I always look foward to learning about men's style from you
I just got into the style world and it is fascinating! My cousin has always been at the top of mens fashion and I would love to learn as much as possible. Thank you for the good videos
I'm really digging the New York Tribeca watch! Would love to pair it with a very slim navy sport coat and dark wash jeans. And thanks for the timestamps in the description! It makes navigating through so much easier.
Honestly ever since I started watching your videos my style went up a notch so thanks and for the sponsor I would definitely like the Brooklyn and the white and tan ones again thanks for your videos
Great video. I love wearing this type of outfit on first dates especially, and also it looks really awesome at events just below business. Also I've worn this out to nicer bars with friends and I always look a step above everyone else, which never hurts. Thanks Antonio.
wow, love the new range 'New York', Especially the 'tribeca'. This one looks most classic, timeless and stylish . Thank you, Antonio, for keeping us up-to-date!
My first, and still go-to sport jacket is a brown herring bone; I'd recommend brown or grey over blue if its your first. A looser fit is also a good idea, as you may be more apt to layer your sport jacket over a sweater than you would with a suit. Antonio certainly has some attractive jackets in his rotation; one jacket/fabric he didn't mention, and probably the epitome of the sport jackets is tweed. To those new to RMRS, Antonio's systems, and in general starting out on your path to getting dressed instead of covering yourself: This is an easy and all but fool proof look to pull off, and a great first step toward upping your style. As Antonio stated, this falls on the more casual end of style, yet I consistently get compliments on how good I look with this pairing. And remember to be confident! Right after someone tells you how great you look, be ready to hear their excuse on why they didn't 'dress up' themselves! Just remember to be a gentleman when you respond.
My favorites are the Black and Tan as well as the tribeca. I would pair these with my new j crew jeans I just picked up and my classic mid grey sport coat.
Hi Antonio. I have been a fan of this style for years and I agree, it is cool. I really like the BLACK & TAN watch. Love your videos, keep up the good work.
Hi Antonio, you're doing a great job. I have chosen to wear Sports Jacket and Jeans for daily business a year ago and it works perfectly. I prefer wearing a unicolor longarm shirt. Which makes the Look impressive. Keep on rocking. You changed my life.
My favourite sports jacket + jeans combination is - dark wash slim fit indigo jeans, burgundy v-neck jumper, white heaver oxford cloth shirt (maybe with navy placket to compliment the jeans), charcoal grey haringbone sports jacket, dark brown chukka boots and matching belt, slightly bigger watch with dark brown strap and dust brown with navy paisleys pocket square (its reverse side is dust brown with navy polka dots). And being the obnoxious perfectionist I am - I would pick socks with navy and burgundy in them and of course the jacket has dark brown interlining. It's my go to smart casual fall outfit.
I love this combo, it's my go-to for social gatherings. You can use a huge selection of shoes here - from suede(particularly bold colors like blue, yellow, and red), to cordovan, to shoes with antique finish.
I have done this a few times and really like the look. It is such and easy way to take up your style a notch. Great information and thanks for sharing.
I love the fifth watches. Style and Minimalism on point. My favorite would have to be the New York Classic with the rose gold face and brown straps. To me it solidifies what exquisite style is. It gives that timeless, extravagant and makes your wrist pop without seeming like you're trying too hard.
I am going to the airport next week and that is what I was planning on wearing... a dark navy jacket w/dark t-shirt and jeans... that also helps down size your carry on bag... love all the watches
So glad I finally found your channel! Thanks for all the great tips, I just turned 50 this year and haven't taking care of myself correctly, the slope seems stiff but with your help I feel I'm gonna catch up really fast! Thanks to you I also discover your spounser and fallen in love with the melbourne white and tan and the black and tan! Don't want to decide which to get, guess I'm gonna need them both!!
Needle point belts. Casual and colorful that brings in a different fabric/material (kind of a different play on the casual tie). Understand that they won't be as upfront or noticeable as a tie, but sometimes subtlety is the aim. Or since I'm in FL, jackets are worn at the beginning of the engagement/evening and when removed give/reveal a new focal point.
Great video, again. Two additions. First, use distinct colors for your jacket and jeans so it doesn't looks as if you tried to put together a suit, but couldn't afford the trousers. Second, suit jackets often have too fine and shiny fabric to combine well with jeans. Look for jacket fabric with more texture or some pattern on it, e.g tweed.
Antonio, the Black and Tan Melbourne would be an opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone. I need a more casual watch and I love the simplicity of the design. I really liked this video by the way. Helping with ideas to throw together my own looks with the wardrobe that I've already got together.
My favorite is Aki from the Tokyo range. I own it and I absolutely love it. My second favorite is the Fuyu from the same range. I had a really difficult time choosing between the 2 when deciding which to buy. No regrets getting the Aki.
my favourite combo is a white shirt, dark jeans brown belt and shoes and my dark navy sports coat with white checks, my brown leather strapped gold watch. The Melbourne is my favourite watch too!
Thank you Antonio for great content, I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of years now and they’ve helped me step up my game. I’ve always been a casual dresser and know how to dress up when needed too. I’m in my mid 50s and recently got a promotion with my employer. This very video is the one that drives home the fact I can stay casual but turn things up a notch without looking to formal. Keep up the great content and keep the outfit ideas, colors and fabrics coming for us guys who have to ask our wife’s or daughters to see if the outfit looks good 😉😉
Antonio great video. I think the best look is indigo jeans, navy sport jacket and a dress shirt. The loafers also add a nice touch to the outfit. About the watches, I really like the Tokio. Greetings
I love the sports jacket and jeans look- it is just so nice! My favourite 5th watch is the rose Gold New York Tribeca - it has such a classic, beautiful and clean look!
Personally I've never been a fan of jeans - I wear them solely for manual work because of their durability. That being said, you're completely spot-on with your advice for denim as a 'fashion' item, especially re footwear.
I myself am not a silver guy and a lot of yellow gold is not my style either since it can get to bold for my personal preferences. Rose gold seems to meet my taste the most. A watch with a brown Italian leather strap, white dial and a rose gold cast is my no. 1 choice. The reason is the versatility. :)
I'm in love with the new york upper east watch. I've always been black on silver guy and according to your video on watch size it would fit on my hand perfectly.
I actually just gave a presentation today wearing a sport coat with dark jeans. It's medium blue he fabric looked a little like the one in 2:15 and I wore it with dark brown chelsea boots. I'd say the white and tan 5th watch would've looked perfect with this look!
the fifth watches are nice looking. I happen to like the New York, Tribeca watch. it would match great with my grey suit and brown shoes. Awesome, videos Antonio!
I love the brown version of the watch you have. I would wear it with a blue sports jacket, dark jeans, white shirt no tie and a brown belt with matching loafers.
I'd go with the White and Tan. I do like the option of the second band with the Tribeca and it's slightly smaller face but I've always been more comfortable with silver over gold.
Thanks for another great video Antonio! The Black and White Melbourne is a beautiful watch and I am surprised at how affordable they are. Defiantly something I can see myself buying.
Hey you know I never thought dressing well but after watching you video it tought me a lot and it made me thinking because no one never thought me how and I live with a poor family but you shown me how to dress right and feel more attrective and confidence. thank you soo much and I thinking using your discounts they seems soo useful.
When it comes to the 5th watches I must say my favorite is the Broadway. I also like the "regular" black and gold but the shinier Broadway version is a bit flashier although very simplistic in my opinion. The gold theme would also look nice with the brass buttons i often wear on my blazers.
Antonio thanks for these videos. This one is the one I've particularly liked as I just got a traditional Green tweed sports jacket made and wanted to find the right way to wear it casual. The Tan & Black Melbourne watch would look nice with it I think. I'll have to save up for that though. Your videos have really transformed how I think about how I dress but given me the confidence to do so. Really appreciate these videos.
Great video Antonio! I love wearing this combo I've got in my wardrobe: Burgundy turtleneck lightweight sweater, black sports jacket, grey jeans, black belt and black chelsea boots. The one thing that would definitely upgrade that outfit would be the All Black watch from the Melbourne Minimal collection.

Great topic. Also, the Tribeca is a elegant looking watch.

Hi Antonio, you're doing a great job. I have chosen to wear Sports Jacket and Jeans for daily business a year ago and it works perfectly. I prefer wearing a unicolor longarm shirt. Which makes the Look impressive. Keep on rocking. You changed my life.
Super!
I couldn't agree more!
I'm very grateful that you are on this planet to help us get styled!! :)
This comment made my day!
Hello Antonio. I like the Brooklyn watch. Thank you for your videos. They are starting to make me want to start dressing a lot better.
I love the fifth watches. Style and Minimalism on point.
My favorite would have to be the New York Classic with the rose gold face and brown straps. To me it solidifies what exquisite style is. It gives that timeless, extravagant and makes your wrist pop without seeming like you're trying too hard.
Yes - I completely agree!
I am going to the airport next week and that is what I was planning on wearing... a dark navy jacket w/dark t-shirt and jeans... that also helps down size your carry on bag... love all the watches
I personally like the Melbourne range in all black. I also noticed they have a nice selection of glasses!
Antonio, loving the black face with brown strap! I have also been looking for a way to pull this look off, thank you so much for the tips!
Also how about a video on jean care?
trying to get out of my teenage boy style of clothing. this is a great video. pretty much a one stop shop for the style im looking for.
thanks alot.
I love your diction! you speak so confidently!
Silk scarf instead of tie or bow tie is a great option.
I wore one with a dress shirt and trench coat and got many compliments.
One of the best videos you've uploaded.
My girlfriend got me the Melbourne Black & Tan for my birthday about two years ago. I absolutely love the watch and wear at least once a week.
This is the outfit I'm going for. More specifically just like the guy in the thumbnail. I love the sports jacket and jean combo.
Thanks for sharing!
your welcome!
Greetings
Great combination you have there!
Antonio, thanks for the tip on The Fifth watches. The Upper East sports understated elegance, nicely subtle.
I love the sports jacket and jeans look- it is just so nice!
My favourite 5th watch is the rose Gold New York Tribeca - it has such a classic, beautiful and clean look!
The combo you wore in this video was excellent- it was made for you.
I love their upper east watch it goes with everything. Great video Antonio
Thank you sir!
Personally I've never been a fan of jeans - I wear them solely for manual work because of their durability. That being said, you're completely spot-on with your advice for denim as a 'fashion' item, especially re footwear.
I love the one you wear in this video, timeless design, rosegold casts with white dials are my favorites :) great video for a great outfit. Cheers
Great watch choice Olivier!
For sure! Can you be more specific about this style?
my personal favorite is the Brooklyn in the New York range or would look great with my brown herring bone sports jacket or just everyday casual wear
I fell in love with the brooklyn the minute i saw it. Thanks for the great tips antonio
the fifth watches are nice looking. I happen to like the New York, Tribeca watch. it would match great with my grey suit and brown shoes.
Awesome, videos Antonio!
Good example - I like it!
I love the brown version of the watch you have. I would wear it with a blue sports jacket, dark jeans, white shirt no tie and a brown belt with matching loafers.
Matches perfectly with the belt! Thanks for sharing Milan!
Thank you. Love the channel. Will you be giving away any watches?
Another action packed, well thought out video Antonio, congrats!
Congratulations!
Really appreciate these videos.
great video, gave me some ideas about how I can incorporate some different colors into my casual wardrobe
Very strategic - I like it!
Thank you!
