Awesome sound! Just a quick note: the "position" doesn't really function like a capo. It's more like a "ignore these frets if you can" button. So, when you dial it to the 5th fret, the plugin won't play, for instance, a D note on the 5th fret of the A string. Instead, it'll trigger the note from the 10th fret on the E string. For me, that's a fantastic feature because some notes can get really clanky with too much presence. Especially when you don't have the position button set, and you get the open D string suddenly piercing your ears 😄
Cool cool. I was just going by the marketing spec sheet they sent me with the plugin that states it acts like a virtual capo. I haven’t tried adjusting the position myself to see what actually happens but I’m certainly curious now. Thanks for the info.
DjinnBass 2 sounds pretty dang good! Awesome review of its features. I'm kinda mind blown. BTW, Bad ass song!!! Fuggin heavy as HEYLLLL. I need to go check out the whole thang
Thanks dude! Yeah, I’m blowing away by this thing. This song is off my EP titled, “The Space Between” and is on all the major music streaming services under my name, Jeremy Fox. Thanks for checking it out! 🤘
That was sick! Djinnbass 2 is definitely their realest sounding bass. Those gallops and slides sound amazing! I agree we may need to rerelease this track 🤘😅🤘
This was an awesome demo, Jeremy. Thank you for being so thorough and informative.
Thank you for letting me be a part of the launch of this insanely awesome product. 🙌🤘
The Growler sounding badass dude!
Thanks! I’ve got a few ideas for stuff I’m going to add to it for the next update that will hopefully make it even better. Still free of course. 🤘
It’s amazing, held off on buying Dark Glass from neural DSP, it’s just that good, stoked for updates
Do you know of a tutorial on how to do slides with this? i'm having a really hard time with them.
Your studio space look awesome 👌
Thanks dude! 🙏

@@JeremyFoxMusic Oh, got it :) You can try it in solo to hear the difference. Actually you can also see it in the plugin's UI :)
Great video as usual!
Thanks dude! 🙏🤘
I gotta check this out!

Great plugin. But I have a question. Can this plugin play with a real bass instrument and not just with the keyboards?
No. This is a virtual bass. There’s no way to use it with a real bass.
@@JeremyFoxMusic oh alright. Is there a problem that I have the small one? I have a Alesis Q25 the small one.

Haha, crazy right?! Those slides alone warrant a re-release lol! 🤘
If only you knew the insane math which went into creating the slide logic! Super glad that it's appreciated.
@@SubMissionAudioOfficial my brain is melting just thinking about how yall did it
what`s the difference between this and Umansky? I thought it was the evolution of Djinbass 1 as a better version and didn`t expect 2 lol
there is a huge tonal difference between an import dingwall NG2 (djinnbass 2) and a custom Z3 (umansky)
can you explain how to use slide trigger in the piano roll please? hard for me to grasp, the trigger just deadens the sound
How different does the di compare to umansky bass?
I can’t say myself as I don’t own UmanskyBass but maybe someone else who does can chime in.
UmanskyBass is generally seen as more 'piano-esque'. It has more of a hi-fi sound. DjinnBass 2 meanwhile is more aggressive and growly in the mids.
