I love how she was completely bluffing when she said she had poisoned him. It was really a CafPow pill that she put in his drink and some mental suggestion to make him think he was dying.
Teeechnically she isn't lying. Putting anything in someone's drink without their knowledge is considered poisoning them. She just lied about the effects. That's why putting laxatives in someone's drink isn't as funny of a prank as people think it is. Also... caffeine pill probably wasn't the smartest idea, the dudes old, she litterally could have killed him with that.

But because they never found her body, Cote de Pablo was able to return to the show. (14) Kate, Paula, Jenny, Lee, Macy, Jackie, Diane, Emily, Breena (9) I guess the show just likes to kill of people even if their deaths are unnecessary like Emily and Breena.
