I'm turning 56 in 2 days. Starting doing Jae-ho's workouts early this year after diagnosed with ASCVD. In the begining it was hard to complete some videos, but I kept doing them about every 3-4 days. I've built up remarkable endurance since. In the begining my bpm was 150-160, now it's about 120-130. I switched to mostly plant and fish based diet; dropped 7 kg. I feel great and my gf is loving my bod now :)

I'm not even able to do 1 push up can anyone tell me that what can I do my lower body bends first due to which I'm not able to bend by upper body fully
Для начала попробовать отжиматься от стола или подоконника. Когда это будет уже легко получаться отжиматься от стула или дивана, затем отжимания от пола стоя на коленях. Так постепенно можно подойти к обычным отжиманиям.
Thank you for visiting my lacking channel. ^ ^ Push-ups with your knees bent are also okay. A better way is to place your hands on a high surface, such as a desk, and perform pushups while maintaining a plank position with your legs straight.
