Eddie passed away Tuesday. This video, that includes backing drums, bass guitar, rhythm guitar, and the lead guitar played in front of us, together with the brilliantly penned guitar tabs, were all produced by Friday. Bravo man...Eddie would be proud 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️👍
Oh man, thank you so much! That's really appreciated. You are contributing to the greater good of the channel which is aimed at making this a full time job and providing accurate tabs for everybody. Meaning I hope to eventually put tabs out every day making more people satisfied. Thanks once again JSTN!
I've been playing for a long time, 20+ years, and I expected this song to be easier to play than it is, but I'm finding it hard to play it as cleanly as I expected off the bat. The way this is played just feels different in composure to most everything I play and is truly a testament to just how unique and revolutionary of a musician EVH was. I remember the day he died and just how many people around me truly mourned his passing. Truly one in a million.
It's the note dynamics. There's partial pinch harmonics in the chords which is really hard to do if you've never encountered or accidentally learned how to do it.
Eddie was such an incredible composer. The ease, feel and coolness of everything he did. The coolest guitarist of all time. This is an incredibly accurate, note for note rendition. Top notch job. Thanks for posting
The EVH passing has really hit me hard. He's the reason I picked up a guitar and I will cherish my EVH Wolfgang guitar and his legacy, for all my life.

Thank you for being the only person on the internet to get the lick in 2:12 correct. Such a cool lick. Sounds like eddie taking a Clapton lick and making it his own
Funnily enough, that is a lick that Ed took from the ending solo of "Sitting On Top Of The World" off of Cream's "Goodbye" album. He used this lick all over the place - "Hot for Teacher", ending solo of "You Really Got Me", second solo of "Outta Love Again" and many more.
