@@AtlanticSpineCenter I'm not any worse now than before. Maybe better? But the key for me is to stay very active. I just avoid things that cause flare-ups/inflammation (sitting too long, especially). I very rarely use ibuprofen. My job keeps me constantly on my feet, and twisting and bending. So that's my best therapy.
His mother passed away 5 weeks after his surgery so his PT had to be delayed and then stopped for 3 weeks and then resumed. Now almost a year later he's doing quite well -- not perfect but so much better than before the surgery.

What if you have this problem on both sides? I have this on both sides between L4 & L5. This video shows the endoscope coming in from the side. My problem is that when I lay on either side in bed, it pinches my leg nerve.

@@broncosbest6441 I ended up getting an ALIF and PLIF back in June. I'm good now. The Foraminotomy only gave me about a year of relief.
