Like so many times... When Angelina sings, we don't listen to a cover but a version equivalent to the original. This fundamentally distinguishes her from everyone else and elevates her even among the really great talents.
After centuries and after Mozart, a new genius was born: Angelina Jordan. Point.
One has to keep reminding oneself when reading and writing these comments that she was a child of about 12 or 13 years old when she covered Wicked Games. People talk about her as if she were a mature adult, which in some aspects of her life she may be, but which in most aspects she most assuredly is not and needs the guidance and protection of her family in those matters of which she has little knowledge.

I just heard Kelly Clarkson cover this song. Can't deny Kelly hits beautiful, pure notes and uses vibrato to convey the emotion but Angelina makes me feel this song so deeply.

It is cold and miserable in Perth, West Australia at the moment (by our standards anyway). But for some inexplicable reason, this video did not drag me down. Despite the subject matter of the song.

Great job. I think this video fits the mood of the song much better than the other one (with pics of Angelina smiling), which I always felt were distracting as they were in so much contrast to the mood of this song.
