Putrajaya was awesome - I actually went there after checking out from the KL hotel I was staying in and decided to spend a few hours in Putrajaya since it is between the airport and KL before flying to Singapore - it was worth a few hours visit especially seeing the Putra Mosque, Presidential House, Steel Mosque, Putra Lake and Parks, and Putra Bridges
There is an open air skydeck with glass floor about a few floors above the viewing gallery you were at. But its more expensive. So you got a good deal. 👍 Also may I suggest you take one of the free buses to Templer Park. There's a beautiful park with rivers and jungle but quite outside the city. Another great place would be Sekinchan where you can be in the middle of green rice fields and eat cheap seafood.
We were very happy with the offer we got online but I'd say the sky deck would be great as well. Thank you for your recommendations we really appreciate them! We feel like we need a month in KL to see everything
Cheap and attractions available in KL city are the museums, memorials, monuments, art galleries and national palaces. Hopefully you guys can make a next video covering on these attractions on the future.
I'd say it would have been great but unfortunately we have to be smart with our money and there are just so many other things we want to do in the city
You may plan a day trip to Genting Highland. Below some places may put inside ur pocket. 1. Batu Cave 2. Sunway Pyramid 3. Tian Hou Temple 4. Walk Bridge Eco Forest 5. Sultan Abdul Samad and Merdeka Square 7. Central Market for local stuff
Since the lrt /mrt is free now for 1 month maybe you can try enjoy the circle route from 1 point back to the same station from where you start..for example from masjed jamek>hang tuah>chan show lin>>bandar tun razak>sg besi>bukit jalil>puchong prima>putra height>alam megah>taipan>kelana jaya>kerinchi>kl sentral and back to masjed jamek..that will take maybe 2 hour journey by lrt and enjoy the view for free..

There is upper floor (additional fees) with open view without glass 'window' and 2 extended glass floor platform. And MENARA is a Malay word for TOWER. View from MENARA KL is more interesting because you can see the TWIN Towers while up the Twin Towers, you can only see one of the twin.
You've got some amazing drone shots. It's nice to marvel at the beauty of my capital city from high above. Seems like u guys enjoy parks. Head to putrajaya if you can. There are a lot of parks there, each with their own features.

I remember spending a morning in Perdana Botanical Gardens seeing the park, the lake, KL Bird Park and Butterfly Park. I agree that KL Tower has a better 360 degree viewpoint compared to Petronas Tower but I think Petronas Towers viewpoint at night is amazing. After KL Tower, did you not walk to the Eco Forest nearby? it is like a jungle in the city
@@EoinandAisling Oh that is a shame. Weather can be unpredictable in KL but I have escaped that every time I have been there - only once that it had thunderstorms and that was during the night
Perdana Botanical Garden is one the best park in the city and the surrounding are also beautiful...During noon its way too hot most ppl stay indoors when u come in the morning or late afternoon you will see more people hang around and do activities there
We didn't mind it too much and it meant there were hardly any people in the park while we were there but it is such a beautiful place we have been back a few times since then
Been up there twice in KL tower almost 20 years ago. The view of the city from up there was just awesome. Went up there for free as I was installing audio and musical equipment at the restaurant for a private function. Also got to see the views at night after the function was over when I retrieved my equipment back.
That is such a cool story haha, you definitely know the city better than us but we were blew away by the views. I would love to see it at night time, it would be beautiful

There’s a section of that park dedicated for orchids for orchid lovers… there’s about 1,300 species of orchids there..but unfortunately it has been closed since the pandemic… check Saloma link bridge at dusk to night and take your photo of The twin towers from there.. awesome view as the bridge is covered with LED panels that change lights every few minutes.
That park sounds lovely! We actually visited the bridge the other day and should have a video out in the next couple of weeks, it was such a lovely place to visit especially at that time of night
If u guys like to explore another green scenery in KL i would love to suggest my fav place. Please go to Taman Tugu Trail and its free btw. Taman Tugu was saved from commercial developers who probably wanted to put another crappy mall on the spot. Instead, it was converted to a 66-acre public park and conservation site with almost 5 kilometres of trails.😃🇲🇾

If you guys are into building & architecture, you must visit Putrajaya, which is the administrative capital of Malaysia. I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
Although the Helipad bar - Heli lounge has a magnificent view, it has steep cover charges (RM75-100) . Cheaper alternatives are Sky Bar (Traders Hotel), Banyan Tree rooftop, Aloft rooftop bar or Marini at 57. No cover charges and the drinks are about RM15-35> Take note though, marini have a very strict dress code..

Do careful of your belongings. Global recession is here.. Malaysia isn't spared. Pickpockets in buses (generally foreigners but you cannot be too careful), snatch theft by the roadside and somstimes snatching bags on top of tables or chairs. Just sharing so you guys are alert.
A few hours would be plenty of time but we actually went back on days for a half an hour walk around. So it really depends you could spend all day there if you wanted to ☺️

Some other place should be visit was the islamic muzium and the Kl city gallery also need to check out the the fifth biggest mall in the mall One Utama and trial out all the attraction there .

Maybe it will take some times to feel comfortable with local like they do.. but a quick tips.. just talk and asked questions to the local.. you might found something interesting stories to tell.. like what happened when with that grab drivers.. the undercover and untold stories that most tourist never had experience.. yeah sometimes we need to know the dark stories so we can avoid unnecessary agenda.. Another park/garden that worth to visit in the KL city is the Titiwangsa Lake Garden.
We visited it last time we were here but hopefully we will go again now we are back!

Unfortunately it started raining very heavy when we got down and thunder and lightening soon started so we had to make our way home 👎🏻

There's another beautiful park in d city centre, d titiwangsa lake garden. There's a canopy walk very near d KL Tower.
Actually, across d botanical garden near d Parlimen Road is d national monument, less visited by d tourists.

Im a partime volunteer tour guide .. there was alot of place can be visit and i would love to help if you need help for some travel guide in kl or around Malaysia . Some other place should be visit was the islamic muzium and the Kl city gallery also need to check out the the fifth biggest mall in the mall One Utama and trial out all the attraction there .
This is so kind of you, we only have a few days left in KL there is just so much to and see in the city we would need to stay for 2 months to see it all but hopefully we will come back in the future
