Great to see your recommendations, im nearly 48 and im happy to report that i do all those moves regularly, and Yoga especially i been doing for over 2years now, plus i do a walk most days, sometimes do hand weights too. There was me thinking I wasn't doing enough, but maybe its why i have been maintaining a healthy weight, by doing these varied health snacks 😊

Hello girly , being five years older than you but I’m a man = wait a minute just double checking, yes checked the mirror still a man , funny you mentioned planks many have used that expression to describe oneself but always using two short ones = strange, having exercised every day for over 40 years at home never been to a gym, my experience is you have got to make it fun = not to be a body builder or an Olympian but to give peace of mind = surprising with doing a bit of exercise can give one inner peace = because you’re doing something that’s different your body is whispering to you = it’s saying thanks for caring. Take care nice soul = me.
