PAPER TORAH VS SEFER TORAH: NIKUD

This vid is just so we can all learn and grow! I will be showing my paper Torah and explaining why it can have the Hebrew vowels but a kosher Sefer Torah can not! We will see the difference of the Shema from the ArtScroll Tanakh with nikud and the paper Torah with no nikud. I hope you enjoy!
