I think you should start decorating with the lights, not only are the spots pre-defined, which means when you finish that's it but also makes things brighter for UA-cam.
The office for $100 each has at least 3 empty spots.
The new parking lot does not have light posts, that is a few more needed.
Plus the vertical lights 4 in Parking 2, + 3 in Parking 1

If you place it at the entrance and they walk outside, the waste is also away from your property.

Maybe try putting coffee machine beside the trash can beside the entrance. Also the objective of 10000 looks like you have to have 10000 on your persons bc you’ve definitely surpassed 10000 since the objective started.
This game is very involved. I hope after it's all upgraded that there will be a lot of content to keep you interested in the game.

Decoration count only to one row of 9 parking spots , not whole area.
New area unlock when you fully upgrade previous area.
Guard is slow and fences don't hold for long time, they destroy them very quickly. You should check fences from time to time.
Employee come at start of the shift, so if you hire them after that, they will come next start of that shift.

Plant pots generate .25c/hr add a plant for .10c/hr in the plant pot makes it .30c for one spot
you're missing a fence by the basketballs
Could you imagine though, it's 10 bucks an hour when you park then you're leaving and it's up to 100?? You come back and it's all decorated and paved haha

Love this game, qnd maybe put the garbage can closer to the machine then maybe they wont drop cups on ground
when you're waiting for a delivery you can precue up your next delivery so you can just hit order when you need it

I don’t know if it’s just making the cars wait too long or it’s just a random thing but I had my manual barrier broken and all the cars drive off. The automatic barrier is nice, collects money without needing an employee

sigh im like yelling at your video..... you want the next level then why not pick up the garbage thats taking the rep you need away. you probably wouldnt need to spend anything to get that last rep you needed. your getting excited for lv 2 garage but theres also a basement you could get too. sidewalks would make the place look alot better then mass buying of plants (yes i know your trying to make money but is the trade off of the money your putting into the small things better then buying the bigger stuff like the roofs?)
