  • Urvee Juneja reflects on the importance of self-awareness and self-discovery in understanding oneself and becoming the person one wants to be. She shares her personal journey of struggling to define who she wanted to become, but eventually gaining clarity and self-realization through experiences such as attending the Chicago Booth program. Urvee emphasizes the importance of identifying one's strengths and weaknesses, understanding one's core values and aspirations, and being conscious of one's goals and plan to achieve them. She encourages individuals to constantly work on their areas of improvement and push themselves out of their comfort zone to become the best version of themselves. Through self-reflection and self-improvement, Urvee believes that individuals can gain clarity, confidence, courage, and contentment in being themselves. A Senior Strategist, Ms. Urvee Juneja has multi-industry exposure in Banking, Technology and Aviation. She has worked in UK, USA and India and has led Strategy functions at Citi, ICAP and ADP in New York. She is currently the Global Transformations Leader for Banking & Capital Markets portfolio at Genpact, India.
