I love the big air planes but one thing that always fascinates me is, when we watch one take off from outside, the nose lifts right up but from the inside, we seem to stay level while the ground just falls away.

I flew on the delta 767-300er From LAX to JFK and back for the first time. It was a smooth flight and a great airplane.
The wing flap/slat sounds are quite Airbus-like

+scara monga The engine had started up like an hour before I started recording. It was just that our flight was delayed :(( (by the way I'm actually the one who recorded this video :D) plus the video started as soon as the back-up of the plane started and this is not plane spotting LOL
+CodingTuts you can actually hear the low rumble of one of the engines starting at around 1:45 and then at 2:06 it clips from mid startup to flap extension. There is no way the engines would be running an hour before pushback.
