I think Rachel Weisz was smart to gravitate to more queer films, especially after she's proven herself as a formidable actress. I feel the average male audience likes whoever's the new hot young thing out at the moment, where as the average lesbian audience will ride and die with you for life.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, resumes in April, and the whole thing starts with 2 girls accidentally engaged and then they start fighting for each other and it was so damn cute until that mid-season finale 🥺
I don't know if it counts if the show is ongoing but RWBY Volume 9 will air its last 4 episodes in April. It is an animated science fantasy show about 4 girls trying to defend their world from creatures known as Grimm (this show is about so much more but this is the bare bones description). Without spoiling too much two of the four main characters are in a slowburn romance. They recently had a big moment.

I really did love Dead Ringers, the 80s film, when I saw it. It was just once, quite some time ago, but I still think about it often. I hope the series takes its own direction, inspired by the ideas perhaps, but not a repeat of them at greater length. Speaking only for myself, of course. But I'm definitely excited to watch Rachel Weiss enjoying herself going all in on two roles. I actually spoke to someone once who knew her at some drama classes, or drama school, and he hadn't rated her when she was a classmate. He seemed genuine: he just hadn't seen it. I think that she's turned out to be very good indeed.
I remember Ringer w/ Sarah Michelle Geller ... which seems like it pulled from the same source material as Dead Ringers. Also yasss Rachel Weisz

I don't know if you know this series. But prime has a Spanish series called Sin Huellas. One of the protagonists is a lesbian!!
Most reboots, well, suck. BUT when it is a "reimagining", or as I like to cal it, the story of the players in A League of Their Own that had no lines, but finially were allowed to speak...AND that one, well, I have watched the entire series more times than I have seen the film. Love Rosie, not a fan of her "buddy" in the film. Ok, off topic. I was, am skeptacle of when I heard they were doing a "prequil", but, I have heard some of the music, and it is good. I will give it a watch, but, Grease has a special meaning to me. I think it is the best film, done from a play, period. Grease was my first rated PG movie. IT is, to this day, the film that I have seen THE most in theaters. This was long before video rental, and when that bacame a thing, yep, Grease was one of my first rentals. I will give the show a watch. I liked the og Dead Ringers, it was the first film with one of my TV wives, Jill Hennessy, but she has a twin, so she did not have to do double duty, thanks to Jacqueline. It's been a while since I saw the og, but it looks like the series is very different.
For months, I was looking forward to the announement of A LEague of Their Own...Well, we were screwed. There is a campaign going on to give it another season instead of a 4 epi wrap up (if they are not giving us a season, I would rather leave it where it left us...look what happened to The L Word when they did not do a full season...IC lost her freaking mind, and we got a terrible last season...) ANYWAY. We are losing WLW shows faster than I can, well, do anything. When I watch your previews of wlw content coming up, I write it down. I have a little notebook, because I can't remember why I walt into the kitchen. Yep, I'm old. BUT, it is me, or are your vidoes getting shorter. They are getting rid of LGBTQ+ content, and not creating as much. It's sad...I feel like we are going backwards, back to the world I grew up in. Anyway. Thanks for your videos. Love keeping up the the ladies!

Came out last month, but Class of 07 on prime has at least one confirmed lesbian character, and the cast has a bunch of queer ladies in it who are actively talking about their characters also potentially being sapphic in some way. Season 2 is likely to be very gay. Would be call to get a shoutout to it so more people watch. Plus it's just un and full of ladies.
I binged it in a day. The first five episodes are notably fun. There’s one stated queer character, but no queer storylines. While the main trio can be read as a love triangle (particularly earlier in the series when the audience has less information) the show never goes there.
Yet another hit video Evelyn Kudos...I think Rachel Weisz likes to kiss women...this is her, at least, 5th role as a lesbian.
The main girl I didn't know about before watching Swarm but it was somewhere saying Billie E was playing a lesbian cult leader. Also that show is a mind F I had to take a break for a day or two before finishing it

So much hate for reboots here but honestly i don't mind them, some of the best content came out of reboots
Reboots can be great if they're made to expand/revise on a universe that's... let's say past its prime but most reboots unfortunately are just made to cash in on an old cash cow with minimal efforts, which is why I guess most people hate them in general. When it's well made, there's nothing wrong with it. Look at the Perry Mason reboot for example.

Totally, the whole idea of the movie made me feel sick to my stomach. I mean, Cate's performance was manificent as always... but I couldn't help hating the premise of the film and the main character.

They keep saying everywhere that the script was actually written for a male character and that they switched to a female character and "made almost no change to the script" as if it was awesome but actually it shows. The character is so one-dimensional, it's almost criminal and the whole story is both sordid and bland. Waste of Cate.

To each their own I guess and you really shouldn't feel like you "have to" watch anything because there's a queer character in it. The Last of Us really is a great character show regardless of any character's sexuality but if you'd rather not try it, you definitely shouldn't let anyone bully you into it.

Nah. They are literally living off the hype they generate. Let's be honest: most people/youtubers/media won't even mention a new project unless it's already connected to something/someone famous. So when they announce a reboot, they're sure to cash in on hype and mentions alone. Sometimes for a year or more before anything airs anywhere. Even if the show is a bomb and gets canceled 5 episodes in, they made their cash already so they don't really care
My point was even negative comments on reboots are money in the bank so it's only when the media and social media stops talking about reboots that they will stop. Basically won't happen.

Haven't watched either yet, but the synopsis for Hunt Club claims the main character has a girlfriend....as for Slip, the trailer shows her in a queer relationship at some point. The video is for shows/films that include queer characters. Both of these appear to.

Just so you know "coloured people" is not ok. You should used "people of color" instead. And yes high schools in the 50s were integrated in most States . In fact there was a Supreme Court decision in 1954 that made segregation in high schools illegal across the United States to stop segregation of high schools in the South.
This isn't impressive lesbian content being offered not even many options. Did this audience even ask for these angles(religious, 1920s). Really? Just feels like crumbs.
Except for, maybe, the Grease reboot, all these series look so trashy…
