The Focus SE Body Kit That Many Don't Know About (Mk3.5)

- In the time I've had Arabis - the 2015 SE hatchback - quite a number of questions have come our way regarding what lip kit it wears. The kit is actually OEM and was fitted at the factory as part of a package that was available on 2015/16 SEs, so today we take a look at the kit and even list all of the part numbers on the blog should you wish to retrofit it to your own Mk3.5.

Love these videos about obscure differences between all the Focus models and years.
Some call us geeks. We prefer the term "thorough".
But we'll take either one.
Do you know if there’s a way to retro fit the RS brake cooling ducts (by the RS fog lights) and swap them over to a FL ST? I have the brake cooling fins on my control arms. I tried finding all the pieces, and a generic inlet scoop to connect to the FL fog light area and route to the ducts that then route to my RS control arm brake cooling fins. What’s your thoughts on it
@@jessebudelman That is something we actually want to try, since Mustard the sedan has the RS deflectors already. The main ducts should fit up (perhaps with some trimming in case the ST bumper intrudes as compared to the RS piece) but the wheel liners are also unique to the RS so those are needed too (or a pair of scissors for your originals).
I think Project RST is finally working on the TrackSTer brake ducts for prefacelift STs, so that may be something we can use in the future in conjunction with the RS bits. For yours, perhaps some DIY cutting in the fog light area.
@@officialTHREETWENTYdotcom once summer comes I’ll try to dive into it some more, report back as much info as I can for ya. Looks like the RS wheel liner had a clip that holds and stabilizes the air scoop channel.
I just did the side skirts and can say I think it makes one of the biggest differences I wish more Focus owners would replace the matte black ones as it’s so easy (at least they came off easy the painted ones being installed were a different story for me 😅)
I have a 2015 Sedan with the same "kit" and I'm missing both driver and passenger side and can't seem to find either sides to fix the front end. Glad I found this video so I can get some more info.
Oh wow. Another Albertan. I am looking for this exact body kit etc. Looks really nice
Hey curious. Would you all be able to make wheel center caps with the SE logo and a silver background? I bought the ST wheels and would love to have SE caps to put on the wheels. I'm sure a lot of people would buy them
I own a 2018 ford focus se sport "apparent" package. Thats the same kit on my car, so i can confirm that for you its up to 2018
As usual, great content.
I usually follow your content quietly but this time I have to ask. I see you above a bit posted on your blog about the differences between face-lift vs preface-lift bodies, but I can't seem to find if this SAP package is available for 12/13 models.
Do you happen to know if these are available for the older styles?
Thank you very much!
The prefacelift equivalent to this was the hatch-only "Full Body Styling Package" which was our version of the Zetec S kit in other markets - the fronts and sides would fit sedans as well however. It's quite tricky to find here though due to how briefly it was available.
@@officialTHREETWENTYdotcom ok. Thanks.
Been looking tirelessly for some styling options for the 2012 SE hatch but there are very few options. Did happen upon a site by a company called Magna Tuning, but even they only have options for the European version of the Focus hatch, which is quite different from the North American version. It's a shame too. Some of their body kits look real real nice.
Would this fit a 2013 ford focus SE Model?
Did u have to change your wiring to add the projector headlamps from ST/RS? Please let me know as I'm looking to upgrade as well
Nope. All is covered in a video dedicated to the headlight swap on our channel!
I’d heard rumblings that there was a similar kit to this for the pre-facelift cars, is that true?
There was! In North America it was limited to 2014 cars. 4:35
Will this valence fit on the bumper of a 2015 ST? I know the exhaust would get in the way but I am getting a custom single exit, so without the center exit exhaust will this valence fit? Thanks
It will, as the bumpers themselves are the same.
Would a Bojix kit fit over this? I was going to modify one to fit my S2K, but I don't know if it'd work.....
Oh, you. 😉
bro the s15 it needs love too
The S15 just went through a series of updates for the 22 season - check the blog for more detailed articles on it.
