PS4 No display but the HDMI port is fine... why?

Different to our usual repairs with the HDMI port being faulty on a PS4. Wonder what it could be?!

I have the same problem with a ps4 slim console.. Problem is am in kenya. I can fix but i can't get an IC chip for the display. any ideas?

You haven't checked the capacitors near the IC chip. Could they be a problem (short circuit for example)?

My ps4 displays only 480p, i tried evereything. Another tv, another hdmi cable and its the same, only 480p. On other resolutions its only black. Any ideas ?
