I want to go and give him a giant hug to comfort him.

I have had two near death experiences that have continued to give sweaty nightmares for 38 years now, but they were accidents that manifested without warning. yes, in Islam the person who investigate you is a human/person who has direct connection to his Creator. He would not cheat nor be bias against you as the Creator know everything. Once found out he was just a reporter not a soldier, he had to be released. Case called - wrong guy at the wrong time and place. Islamic soldiers do not hurt non soldiers, women children, elderly, place of worship...they observe this strictly to in order access grant blessing from God. Opponents will have to face them as they already offered lives to die in God blessing. So your concept of hero and their concept of HERO is VERY DIFFERENT. They die i order to get the HERO title whilst you need to survive to be one. btw consenting women wear hijab coz Mary wore it too. Islam honor Mary by following her way and Jesus way of life. Mary didnt expose her valuable dignity to all men eyes did her?

This soldiers account of his near death experience was difficult to listen to. Though, it’s an experience which was so real and unforgettable which he will carry with him for the rest of his life.
However, I do admire your bravery n courage and is proud of you in standing up to them. Praise God because he was beside you at the time holding your hand 🖐 and brought you out of this horrific ordeal. Stay Blessed!

When i was over there i made tons of friends! They said i resemble Afghani and ive got a great heart, or thats what my interpreter told me, also their actions towards me said a lot already. When my squad would go to all these Afghan Army and Police stations, they would feed mye righy away, every single time too. They would hold my hand everytime we came as well, also the hugs and kisses on my cheek. Thats how they greet their own people. So i bet this guy had a good heart from the hug and kiss.
