👀 Two legendary swimmers met in the final round of the men’s 50m butterfly skins!

Round 1️⃣
Ben Proud from Energy Standard finished first in 22.30. Tom Shields from LA Current was close behind him with a time of 22.31. Caeleb Dressel from Cali Condors came third in 22.33. And Adam Barrett from Energy Standard arrived fourth in 22.35.
Round 2️⃣
Caeleb Dressel managed to finish first in 22.77, while Tom Shields came second in 23.09.
So now you see what we mean about the battle of two legends?😉
Round 3️⃣
Caeleb Dressel snatched the win with a time of 23.05 and earned 14 points!👏
No need to describe this awe-inspiring athlete. Well, we kind of just did.😄

Дрессел красавчик, не знаю чему все так радовались после первого этапа, когда Бен выиграл, все решает выносливость на всех дистанциях, а не скорость на первой, главное в первой половине держаться до финала, а там уже побеждать. Тем более, если бы решала только скорость и этап был всего один, Дрессел бы выиграл.
привет! в isl всё держится на очках, чем ближе к финалу isl, тем очки важнее.

The points still wouldn’t have been enough. It was a 24 point jackpot(as far as I remember) and they lost by 26
@@natefarrington6153 The Condors lost by 12 (it was 26 before Dressel got the 14 points in the final round of the skins). The relay DQ results in a net 44-point shift of points (accounting for what Cali lost through the DQ and what Energy gained through the DQ) in the difference between Cali and Energy. Without the DQ, the Condors would have won by 32 (though the women's skin pick might not have been backstroke, so who knows, though Cali did poorly in the womens skins, so likely wouldn't have done much worse whatever it was).

@@cherrykenzyroblox3738 - Caeleb didn't swim in a meet between mid-Sept. and mid-November (and he got that new leg tattoo). He wasn't at his best, but he will be again. He's the GOAT sprinter -- with the many medals and many WRs to prove it.
But he won the skins? That’s all that matters
