How to relaunch after installing. Go to top of Davinci and select WORKSPACE, then scroll to the bottom and select SCRIPTS, then select REACTOR, then select OPEN REACTOR!
Jamie, it's good to see that someone with as many followers as you have, shine a spotlight on the hard work the Fusion community has put into creating Reactor. There's only one thing that would've made the video better for me personally. Instead of just saying that you can just skip the donation page if you don't want to pay because the plugins are free, it would have been nicer to say "hey, these are terrific and represent a shit ton of work - if you can afford it, please support these people". Since I presume you make (some) money from your affiliate links, it would have been really supportive if you had paid it forward by emphasizing the hard work part of the contributors instead of the fact that the stuff in Reactor is free.

It's nice if all that hard work isn't taken for granted.

I have followed this instruction, uninstalled and reinstalled DR (ensuring I latest and greatest), and I am not getting the result you get when you drag and drop. Thoughts?
OK WOW I am just blown away after the install OMFG That's super interesting! I have used some of these launchers for mods with some games and even if there is a phase of translation in the workflow it was allways worth it. Btw how much RAM do you have in your windows rig, if you use one?? I have 16GB and have a hard time as soon as there are a few things going on in Fusion or the color page together withe a browser for tutorials. I think I already cranked a lot of settings down with render cash, resolution and codecs but it does not really get better for long. Any magical tricks up your sleeve? :)

Thanks bro, another video going more indepth in the different things these can offer us would be super helpful too. Maybe make a small string of videos showing your top 5 for different types of video purposes but only if its rather quick to make on your end, dont want to use up lots of your time for content that is free at the end of the day. I've tried this a couple of times. The installation works without any problems. But when I want to use the macros etc., it is not shown to me, even when I restart Resolve. If I follow the installation path, I see the things that I have downloaded. Changing the installation path did not help either. Am i making a mistake somewhere? I am using Windows and Davinci Resolve in the latest version.

@@JamieFenn I've tried it on my laptop and it works without any problems. Everything I've downloaded from the Reactor is displayed. However, that it does not work on my PC, it means that it must be due to a configuration.
Hey Jamie, this is a awesome tip, BUT I got a problem. I can't drag and drop the lua file in to Fusion on PC win10 installed Davinci Resolve, as a mater of fact it doesn't allow me to drag in any file in to Davinci. I always have to use media storage to add to media pool in Davinci then I can use a file in Davinci, I have never been able to drag in any file in to Davinci on pc win 10 installed version. Tried to start Davinci as admin didn't work either? Don't know how to solve this .. yet Keep up the awesomeness, CHEERS!

@@JamieFenn Found the solution on BM forum, in Win10/Win10Pro if you use "run as administrator" on Davinci Resolve, you can't drag and drop from programs that are not run as Administrator. So turn off "run program as admin.." and it worked right away. Alternative if one have to use "run program as admin" then run Explorer or what ever file program one use as admin to, either way work. CHEERS!

if like me you can't launch the installation of the script in davinci 16 open fusion tab go to fusion settings > script check the box use windows login validation relaunch davinci drag and drop again the script like explain in the tutorial and ... Enjoy reactor :D Thanks jamie for your tutorial ;)

How do we open the reactor window again if we don't see the reactor menu when davinchi is opened like if we wanted to go back and add something else?
if like me you can't launch the installation of the script in davinci 16 open fusion tab
go to fusion settings > script
check the box use windows login validation
relaunch davinci
drag and drop again the script like explain in the tutorial and ...
