It's funny how I can encourage other people, but it seems like it's harder when it comes to myself. But I'm getting there one day at a time. I know if I don't, nobody else will do it for me. Hi! You will get there. Start with small amounts of time and small gestures toward yourself. 15 minutes of intentional time away, treating yourself to a coffee, anything to make time for yourself, no matter how small the amount of time is.
@DanielleLaShawn thank you Mrs. Danielle for the encouragement, I believe that I will have a little more options to choose from after while. The area where I live, it's not alot going on, but snow all the time. So I tend to stay in the house more, which I do enjoy my quiet times 🙂
