Therefore, triathletes have fewer problems with the spine. By swimming and cycling, aerobic volumes are gained and shock load is reduced.
Yoga is it for me. It allows stretching and breathing and complements the harder stuff like trying ti run lol 😅

it’s interesting! I sometimes run on the beach barefoot as well as on the grass track - it’s fantastic.
