I go for vipasana, and last year there I had this tibetan puri cut like yours but they kneaded flour with butter ( home made) and was little sweet and color too was brown. Can you share the recipe please. We use call those kateko roti. It was something like doughnuts. Yummy👍

For making dry u don’t need to add more oil just u need to do is to skip the water and cook in low flame 🔥.

What your chole is not chic peas, it is bengal gram. There is a difference in texture of chic peas and Bengal grams

From the part of the world where you come from, chic peas is called Kabulhi chana
