    I was sent here via Rc Guy Garage. I love your video. Dialing in the Kaiju is an ongoing process for me, and your tips helped out a ton. I subscribed. Thank you for this video, even if it's not new, it's new to me, and extremely helpful!

      Spot on mate!
      You can learn so much from other people.
      Those tyres look like the perfect tread pattern for traction on loose surfaces!
      I use the same pattern on my enduro bike and they bite really well.
      I'd like the same design tread pattern on a 1.9 rock crawler tyre, hard to find!
      Thanks again for the vid 👍

      Hey I just curious is running belted tires better? If I went that route which kind of belted tires would you prefer?

    • @GussCustomCreations
      @GussCustomCreations  4 роки тому

      @@jackman1989 I guess it would depend on what you are doing for driving. Straight up bashing I would probably go with the proline as they are a bit more squishy for impact. If you are going on road the power hobby would be the way to go but you will need wheel spacers as the power hobby have a deeper dish and the stock are almost centered in the wheel.

    Do you know of any cheaper, adjustable links for the Arrma Granite MEGA 4x4, to make it adjustable? And yes, these video help a lot. Thanks for doing them.

    • @GussCustomCreations
      @GussCustomCreations  4 роки тому

      Thanks I appreciate it. To have adjustable upper links, and stearing links on the Granite Mega you just need to get the links for the Granite 3s BLX. I did some searching and these are the part # you will need. 3 packs or AR330535, 1 pack of AR330470, and 1 pack of AR330515

    Any recommendations for tuning the diffs? I'm guessing with just a little grease inside it'll be time to put in oil sooner than later.

    • @GussCustomCreations
      @GussCustomCreations  4 роки тому +1

      The diffs actually do have diff fluid in them. I am guessing stock is about 50k front and rear with probably about 200k in the center diff. Im planning on switching to 100k front and rear with 500k in the center.

    Hi gus could you tell me where to plug in the motor fans I tried under the little box and they won't turn on but they will if I plus them into the headlight or tail light wires

    • @GussCustomCreations
      @GussCustomCreations  3 роки тому

      I plugged mine into the open spot on the receiver. Just have to make sure you are plugging it in to the correct 2 pins. The receiver is marked what the pins are, the black should go to the outside pin.

    • @GussCustomCreations

  • @19moods
    @19moods 3 роки тому +1

    I hear they get hotter running 3s, because it's built for 6s, so it has to work harder on 3s.

    • @GussCustomCreations
      @GussCustomCreations  3 роки тому

      Yeah it depends on the use and load. 4s seems to be the best and 6s gets hot if you are running it down the road because of the high RPM and draw from the speed runs.
