I was told that the navel center, the Hara, is the 3rd chakra, Manipura. And so 2nd chakra Swadistana is the sexual center right above the genitals. It's confusing..
I have also encountered conflicting explanations of the chakra system by different gurus. Through cross-referencing, I have arrived at this understanding: 1 - muladhara (perinium) root chakra 2 - swadhishtana (2 inches below navel) seat of self… this is the Hara - Sadhguru has called this manipura a couple of times but everywhere else it is swadhishtana 3 - manipura (solar plexus) 4 - anahatha (heart) 5 - vishuddhi (pit of throat) 6 - Agna (third eye/ pineal gland) 7 - Sahasrar (crown of head & beyond)

The solar plexus was described as a secondary chakra depending on Manipura, the Hara. But I see everyone else is considering it as how you say. Nevermind I'll keep both explanations! :)
