Astaxanthin is a pigment found in meat that makes it red, while docosahexaenoic acid is found in fish. That's why in the next line Kuroo insinuates Yaku will be sick for eating too much meat.

He's basically all random puns and rhymes that don't necessarily inherently make sense (and also hence it's not always translatable). Zashiki-warashi are like spirits that hide and live in people's houses and prank them x) Funny how you mention the connection between Kenma's hair and Yamamoto, because it was actually Yamamoto who unknowingly "encouraged" it. When Kenma's hair grew longer and started covering more of his face, esp when he'd hunch over to play games, he spooked Yamamoto a couple times by accident. Yamamoto complained that Kenma looked like the creepy girl Sadako from "The Ring," which Kenma didn't care about, but then he said that Kenma "stands out", which bothered him very much xD So he dyed his hair blond, not realizing that Yamamoto was talking about the length, not the color. Haikyuu's really good at showing how there's no one right way to do things, no one right answer, etc., and it stands out even more when you reread/rewatch. That might also be why so many people find something relatable/useful for themselves in the story. Zombi run brings back memories, it was quite fun~ Sadly by now I probably couldn't be bothered to run if I saw real zombies

Tora getting some focus right after Tanaka had his episode is nice, love getting to see how the Nemoma second years can be just as silly as Karasuno’s. And I think what makes Fukunaga funny *is* the random goofy/seemingly nonsensical things he says lol, though as others have said it’s probably just difficult to translate his quips into English

i love how Kenma and Yamamoto have the same end goal but just different paths to get there. Yamamoto is trying to muscle his way into the victory whereas Kenma is more about taking certain steps to not loose. even though playing to not loose isnt exactly the thinking that Kenma does though. it is more of a "i hate loosing so im going to win instead."
So as the episode implies Sarukawa are named after monkeys - I think its interesting that they are also really hard to crack but while Nekoma is very fluid and elegant with their perfect recieves, Sarukawa is more tenacious, they will not get it up perfectly but they will get it up every time. Fits the animals quite well. As far as I can tell the socks Kenma has on are more like sleeping socks - like the thick ones you put on your feet so they arent cold in the evening - he was probably too lazy to change his clothes tho :D A zashiki-warashi is basically a household spirit that pranks people. I feel like the point is to show us that we are not that special in the tournament, there is always someone who can do the same or better and only the one who proves to be the best at what they do gets to move on.

Fukunaga is my hidden fav character of all haikyu's characters.. you'll understand him later in the future why he's corky. Besides Kenma, he's the 2nd most cat like in nekoma imo.
