Hey Kerry. My name is Serena. I am on Day 77. Your story about middle school to high school is totally like mine... Thank you for sharing so openly :) Hang in there. I am totally with you on the impatience and dysphoria. My heart goes out to you.
Carie, I remember when I went through the same thing as I transitioned from 1974 to 1976. Things get better, and they start to get better way faster when you are living and working full time as female. You should pass as female soon enough and when you can, come out at work. Then they will know who you are. You have a good body and a good voice so you will do just fine. Stay strong.
Honestly, Im someone who doesn't agree with all of this stuff. I dont know why, I really dont... but I really really like you, and I feel for you. You seem like such an amazing person, and its depressing to me watching you be this depressed. I just hope that things work out for you and that you are eventually very happy. Just never give up. And stay strong! Know that your special and that God loves you.
Hi kerry, Just to say i understand you i am from the UK and i am in very early transistion have not even got to the GIC, you are more advanced than me, being transgender is really hard, alot of people just don't understand us, what we have to go through to achive who we really are!. Anyway Kerry (i hope i spelt your name right) keep going you will achive that Feminine look you soooo want badly! Hope to hear from you!. Lucy x
You gotta love yourself. You seem to put too much into how others percieve you. If you feel better (as you should being transgender & transitioning?) then it should not matter what others think. As long as you keep giving others your power, they will continue to keep it. Dress how you feel, if you go out in "boy mode" of course they will treat you as society does, maybe a fem guy to them but you cannot blame them. Love yourself, others feel your pain, much love.
Thanks for the encouragement. I hope so too. From the other videos I've seen, it does get better. It just takes a LONG time for the hormones to reverse all the years of testosterone poisoning. Other people's transition timelines give me hope. (And my name is actually Carrie, by the way... I'm still using my female name even though I'm not dressed in "girl mode" today.)
