I began playing around with OAHS. The way I see it, as long as I feel good physically (especially in my wrists) I will train as much as possible. Because the real adaptation is neurological. By the way, I prefer frequency over intensity for pure balance work. So I never destroy myself, I always keep some gas in the tank. My body is always in first priority, but if it feels good, I train as much as possible. If I am not feeling good, I will rest as much as I need. The most important thing to understand, is the contradictory idea that on the one hand we are capable to do much more than what we think, because we are strong, and often we limit ourselves. But on the other hand, we gotta understand that we cannot push ourselves too hard because we are still humans. Understanding that you are strong and fragile at the same time is the most important thing
Would love to know about how handstands /onearmhandstands differ from general strength training. Super video and a great overview for anyone who trains anything.

Thanks! Great question. I'll do my best to answer it in a video.
