The Single greatest reason NOT to move to this place is it’s in CALIFORNIA! Don’t walk RUN away fast ! Anywhere outside of California is far far better! But don’t take my word for it just ask the thousands of people who have moved elsewhere! Enjoy!
Jack sounds like you have heard of bad experiences or had them yourself. California is not perfect but just like any state it has its pros and cons. Doesn’t work for everyone but for those that it does it’s a good quality of life…
Perks like High taxes, over priced, OVER populated to much traffic, to much smoge, not mention the HOA problems, do really own your home, then there is the shifting soil and earth quakes and no water supply.. All bull shit..
