I believe they went out of business but they were of great help to me when I first bought my FR1X. At that time, they had a CD and USB drive you could buy and it had 2 hrs of instruction on it on how to use the Roland accordion as well was as their free software. I feel privileged to have that because I don't know where you can find it any longer.

As you may have noticed I’m not a professional, I have a special affinity towards this beautiful instrument. I’m still in the learning process. I fell in love with this Roland accordion after watching your videos and especially knowing the things you can do with it . I finally was able to afford it , I happy with it and I think it’s worth it. I will try to learn as much as I can from your excepctional and easy to follow instructional videos ! In May I had back surgery and was not going to be able to lift over 15 pounds. The FR-1x is only 14 pounds and I made it part of my recovery. It is such a wonderful accordion! @@joekarwoskiyes I’ve watched many of your videos and I’ve noticed you have several Roland accordions. Like you , another reason why I decided to purchase this accordion is because of some health issue. I cannot hold heavy items . Even though these accordions types are expensive but they are very well worth it!!
Thanks to your help I’m having fun playing this accordion. And I feel sorry if I’m asking too much. Could you please teach us how you customize sound sets ? I don’t know if I’m using the correct terminology. As you know and thanks to your help I loaded Roxy’s sounds. But now I’d like to customize the sounds . For example , if I want to play the song Amazing Grace , I want a sax sound for the first part, then a flute sound for the second part and finally an accordion sound for the last part . Then I want to play Oh Sole Mio with totally different sounds for each part of the song . Doing that in real time during a performance is difficult, first I would have to stop playing to go through all the sounds , then press a lot of buttons to finanly select a desired sound. So how do you create a different list of sounds for different songs ? How do you save them on a usb flash drive and how do you access them from the flash drive for a performance?? My apologies if I’m asking too much . I tried to look related information but I cannot find it . Perhaps it’s because in my search I don’t use the right terminology. Or if you already made a video about it , can you please provide me the link . Thanks once again Joe for all the help !!
