amazing! that lofted space is GORGEOUS. I feel like the LES is still pretty affordable (thanks to the proximity of more chaotic/congested Manhattan neighborhoods) and I hope it stays that way. so much art and culture there 🧡 I also love seeing what people can do with a more affordable unit vs the crazy priced $4-6k or the rent stabilized units. would love to see some Bronx, Washington Heights/Harlem, deep Brooklyn, deep Queens apartments with people who are “native” to the area or of less represented ethnicities. it would be so cool to highlight the style and ingenuity of someone who’s making the most with less.
The way that rent have gone up , I doubt that even something like this can be found at this price ! Happy for her ! Well organized and love that she can even sew ! I have the same sewing machine and looking forward to find a space for it too!
this is such a cool space! having the loft space really makes the rest of the apartment bigger, and all her art pieces make it feel cozy and lived in without feeling cluttered
I didn’t like Better Help and my friend had a bad experience. As a psychiatric social worker it is important to go in person. Better Help is expensive! That’s my professional opinion.
Yeah, honestly, that’s out of reach for most Americans. The average salary is like maybe $50k+, and you need to make at least $100k just to qualify for a $2500 apartment. most people would either have to make a really good living, have roommates, live with a partner that pays half, or their parents help out. They just don’t always mention it in these types of videos. For the non-Americans who think we’re all rich because all they see on tv is our big houses, nice apartments and fancy cars.
Yes, you are unique. Very charming. Positive personality. Great energy flowing like a Faucet left on. Your home is comfy. What really matters to me is the stories and character 👍
❤ very nice and chic apartment. Thank you for showing as a piece of your lifestyle. It’s always nice to know what other people do and how they live in other parts of the world.❤
First of all you are both very pretty! Loved her apartment so much light and her decor is outstanding. Oh to be young again and starting out in NYC. ENJOY🎉………..🤗🇨🇦
I’m a Bronx native who lives in Ohio. Every NYer I grew up with pronounces the name Stuyvesant like this: STY-vuh-SINT. I like that you have a favorite spot in your home where you like to chill. You can’t go wrong with burning Palo Santo wood, to spiritually cleanse your space of bad chi. I started smudging about 5 years ago, and it makes a big difference. It ushers in peace.
Jah & Jahes love. Thank you for another wonderful video about cool apartments in New York City. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, I now live in a shelter in Midtown. I have a voucher but it's been hard to find an apartment. I wish you could help me. I also wanted to tell you that the intro of the video gives the impression that the Europeans, specifically the Dutch were the first inhabitants of the Lower East Side of Manhattan. I wish you would edit that part and add some clips of the Native Lenape groups who stewarded the land for centuries before the Europeans invaded and exterminated the population. I'm sure that well-meaning archeologists will find evidence of their presence in the area up until the mid-1700s. Also, white immigrants arrived in the area from Saint Domingue between the mid-1700s through the mid-1850s. There was a huge migration of French immigrants from the colony of Saint Domingue in the mid to late 1780s. They also brought their enslaved people who were black and mixed race. Lastly, I think that it's very unfortunate that you chose to not include any evidence of blacks who also lived in the area. There were quite a few of them but they were chased away by white mobs, especially during the Civil War. The whites resented the fact that they had to go fight in the South to protect the Union which the Democrat southern states, were threatening to separate from to maintain slavery. Blessed love.#1804#Ayiti#ToutMounseMoun#AbolishCPS#AbolishPoverty#DefundFosterCare#ProChoice#RawVeganforLife#HR40NOW!#LES
Oof. Guessing you got this place after 2021. Still a nice price though. I scored an apartment in the East Village in Jan 2021 for $2500, but it's a 2 bedrooms (both rooms fit a king bed). Still hate that I'm paying so much.
As a former New Yorker, I see stuff like this and I’m like “What do you mean $2,500 is a great price!” Then think about how otherworldly expensive it is compared to other cities and I’m like nvm 😂
We don't need no education...! Kidding, I just wanted to know what you want to do with the East Village? I went and saw a show in the east village, dude was wearing a helmet before masks became fashionable! As an ex-attorney, as a business, I think better help is a prelude to mail ordered antipsychotics. Not a bad idea, just could be abused! Is it allight if the East Village has a few artist invest in a few apartments to lease to a few other artist for perhaps a percentage off consignments with a mutual art gallery in the village and work painting frescos for clientele in the Upper East Side? You get to learn a little bit how to do good to make a little bit more money year by year as an artist. Cool place to live, get to keep more money! The hardest part is everyone trying to be the biggest success on their own.
Even with the current dip in cryptocurrency, I’m still glad I can smile 😊 back at my portfolio of $105,850 built from my weekly trade, I’m having my fourth withdrawal in 10 business days.
Same here, there’s no doubt crypto investment is the key to future wealth, with my current profit of $59,650 made from my investment with Mrs Pamela Williams trading platform I am totally convinced, she’s the best trading broker I have worked with and her strategies are so easy to adapt, she’s such a blessing to me especially in this current dip💯
After watching so many UA-cam videos tutorial videos about trading I was still making losses until Mrs Pamela Williams started managing my investments now I make $10,567 weekly. God bless Mrs Pamela She’s been a blessing to my life and family

That's because that's the market for Berlin. It's not the same as NYC. You can also get a 5000 square foot mansion in India for the same price but what's the point of doing that comparison.
@@kayflip2233 yes, you´re. right, people also earn a lot more in NYC than in Berlin, but what stunned me is that we all complain ( in Berlin) about the horrible housing market here but in comparison to NYC, Paris or London, and even though this is the capital after all, prices are relatively moderate, Still i think, the rents are too high in NYC. that´s all. cheers
Gorgeous, intelligent, talented and humble, what a great girl! The apartment is fab too. Love the exposed brick and the loft bed.

I really wonder as a German citizen how people can afford such high rent costs ….
For some people it’s usually by working two jobs and generally pay is higher for certain jobs in NYC/the USA

We usually can’t.
I'm a native NYer who left in 1990. I don't even fantasize about moving back. There's no way I can afford a walk-in closet there.
