I actually really like the riddler skin, its the only alternate skin that feels appropriate to use during the campaign without breaking the immersion of the world and narrative. Vandalizing the batmobile feels like something riddler would have his goons do to taunt you into completing his riddles and giving him attention.
It's especially good to use during the Riddler challenges since it always feels as if Eddie is going to say something like "Now you can really see that I'm in charge here! Just take a look at your car!".
Boogq looga ikr? Too bad the storyline & the Arkham Knight’s identity I already knew months before the game dropped. However I still had a blast playing Knight. The combat controls are the most fluid & responsive of any game I’ve ever played. If the storyline was better & had proper & traditional boss fights it would be top 5 games of all time in my book

Yeah I find that a good amount of these videos are way longer than necessary. I think they should consider outlining some kind of a script because they speak in very repetitive, vague terms which is not conducive to a ranking video where ideally all the items should be described distinctly
I was expecting the original version of the Adam West Batmobile (the one that has the same shape as the default one) for the same reason. It really just destroys any of the Adam West vibes.

The Rocksteady one is definitely solid but my favorite is & will always be the 66 tv series skin. The Robin & 70’s skin are still pretty good as well imo
The "blue" is the brake discs and the parts attached are the brake calipers. The blue color is a high temp oxidization.. it has nothing to do with style, it just has to do with high performance brakes. The car is probably heavy as fuck, hence why each wheel has 8 brake calipers and massive brake discs. Just a little FYI, for easier understanding look at motorcycle brakes. You'll see all the parts easily and they look much closer to the batmobile than a typical car brake system.
For me it's the 1989 and while not featured in the game, the one from Batman: The Animated Series. Both of those are the most iconic of all the Batmobiles in my eyes. Honorable shoutouts to the Tumbler and 60's Batmobile.
I actually really love the look of the MK II Batmobile. The Nolan movies made me love the idea of Batman’s vehicles not being black, and when I first saw the MK II I got so happy. It looks so slick and as if it was just off the production line. Definitely my favorite look in the game.

After AK destroys the Batmobile, I always replace the skin of MKII with Prototype 0.5 because in the begginig of the game Lucius Fox says "She's one of a kind", so its more realistic for Batman to use the Prototype in need than to have a second, brand new Batmobile in his cave. Yeah I'm a freak I know.
Favorite batmobile has to be the dark knight tumbler it’s big and a tank and if that doesn’t count then telltale batmobile I find the telltale design so nice and can turns into a normal car
My favorite bat mobile has to be the animated series I love that it heavily took inspiration from the 1989 Tim burton Batman but it feels different and special in its own way
The BAS Batmobile is basically the 89 Batmobile but square and without the nipple on the front. It's a good design but they always seem to show it from an angle that make it look even longer than it is.
I actually really like the Prototype, it does look plain and it's unpainted, but then that's for a good reason, it's the proof of concept, they wanted to test out if the new concept worked before making the one that's got all the bat styling and it's all scratched up because it's been through testing. I personally thought that when they brought in the spare Batmobile it should've been the prototype instead of the Mark 2, it makes more sense, instead of Lucius making a second one they just break out the prototype as an emergency backup (and if you quit out and select it before summoning the Batmobile while you're pinned with Barbra you can do that) Also the one thing I think about the Robin skin, it would've made more sense for there to be a Red Hood themed skin, because as a half car half tank thing it feels like something from Bruce's arsenal that Jason would steal from him, honestly in many ways the Arkham Knight Batmobile would suit Jason more than Bruce.

I totally agree with your points on the Batmobile mk 2. When I got it during the end of the main story, I too was disappointed by it, because silver with yellow highlights just doesn't work for a Batmobile. It should be black or navy blue like batman, so he can blend in with the night.

The one thing that makes me like the Batmobile Mark 2 sort of better than the normal one on Knight, is for one reason. The sound of the Batmobile Mark 2 is so much more badass sounding in my opinion. It sounds frightening compared to the original Arkham Knight Batmobile.
Regarding the prototype and mark 2 batmobiles, I feel like rocksteady had the idea for the player to start the game with the prototype Batmobile as a mark 1, then when the 2nd Batmobile was dropped in, have it be the upgraded mark 2. If this was the case, I’m not sure why that was changed, since Lucius upgrading the prototype to a mark 2 car makes more sense than Lucious telling Batman “be careful with the car, she’s one of a kind” and then a couple hours later Batman says “Lucius made a spare”.
I kind of like the the prototype batmobile, but that's basically just cause I usually put on that skin after your car gets destroyed in in the story, it's sort of like "oh crap.. my car's been destroyed, uuuuuuh I kinda need a car.. guess I'll use that shitty thing we tested out the concepts with, SEND IT HERE ALFRED!"

The worst batmobile for me is the PS4 exclusive 1966 batmobile that came with the justice league 3000 batman and the adam west batman skins. The reason it’s so bad isn’t because it’s a lazy reskin of the arkham knight batmobile. The reason it’s so bad is because it was super annoying they made you buy 2 seperate dlc packs just to get the adam west skin and the actual adam west batmobile.

The batmobile for Batman vs superman would crash my game so surprised to see it didn't make the list
these skins for the og batmobile are obviously for the riddler trophies, so really they're some of the best skins in the game imo.

Edit: I am glad that the 1966 themed Batmobile skin isn't on the list because it is my favorite alt for the Batmobile that doesn't change the model of it
Batman v Superman Batmobile is my second favorite Batmobile of all time, behind only the 1966 topless car.
The worst batmobile for me is the PS4 exclusive 1966 batmobile that came with the justice league 3000 batman and the adam west batman skins. The reason it’s so bad isn’t because it’s a lazy reskin of the arkham knight batmobile. The reason it’s so bad is because it was super annoying they made you buy 2 seperate dlc packs just to get the adam west skin and the actual adam west batmobile.
Personally I love the rocksteady themed mobile it's my favorite of the battlemode compatible and I don't mind the half white half black I like that.
The fact that I love all of these is weird but I really enjoyed the rocksteady and the riddler
If anybody notices when you get the bat mobile mk2 it has a new roaring engine sound when you first drive it. Thought that was a cool little detail.
I love the number 4 I just like the idea of no paint but it I guess no paint reminds me of the bane tumblers

You don't like the Rocksteady themed batmobile because it says "Rocksteady" on it. By that sense you shouldn't like the original because it has bat logos on it
I like the prototype because I always use origins Batman skin so it fits, and I can use it in main game.
2 years later but same, I use it since it's an year 2 Batman, I also use the MK2 because of the same, it kinda fits
