Endless Knight should have been a gamemode and not just one map. Still love it, though. That particular map presents the atmosphere of Knight very well.
No joke, my friend (who is a god at the Arkham games) somehow got 298 thugs on endless knight. I thought my 48 was good and then he just showed me up completely.
i'm late but holy crap i got to over 4k in endless knight and it's incredibly time consuming, legit i'm still taking a break from the challenge map, and it's been over 2 months XD
Technically not challenge maps, but story maps. The main map in Intensive Treatment in Asylum (y'know, where you get the tutorial for predator missions) but the revisit when the thugs arm the gargoyles to blow. I was blown away when I first saw this, and I think it really added something to the pretty limited Asylum Predator missions. Also the final mission in Line Of Duty from Knight when you're rescuing the chief. That section with like 15 guys is really intense, and gives you a lot of options to have fun.
I haven't played in a long time so I can't remember my favorite but I do feel there was a missed opportunity in Arkham Knight for a Challenge Map. In the beginning of the game in Ace Chemicals there is that room Scarecrow is in and the windows are green and all you can see is his silhouette, that room was gorgeous and I wish that was a Challenge Map because it is small, dark, if they kept Scarecrow in that room it would have been creepy too kind of like how Black Mask was in his room in Arkham City.
5. Meltdown Mayhem 4. GCPD from Nightwing DLC (as shit as the DLC was, it’s a tough map and very fun) 3. Wayne Manor Main Hall 2. Endless Knight 1. Top of the World I hate not putting anything from Asylum, as it might just be my favorite game of all time.
I like challenge maps, but I haaaate the Campaigns from Arkham City. So relieved they didn't return in future games, or at least it doesn't look like they have
I liked the one from Knight when you rescue the fire chief. The numbers of armed thugs on screen is what made it good. Most of the Asylum maps were good too purely for the lack of space to manoeuvre and you couldn't do a knockout smash if you were seen. But the challenge maps suck, to get 3 stars you have to meet certain requirements, which takes the fun out of it. I like the freedom of taking out thugs in multiple ways and not be constrained to a set of requirements.
Thanks to you, I'm now re-obsessed over the Arkham games and have started a 100% play through of the series. I just wish return to arkham was on PC, so that my rerun would kinda feel fresh
I have a video idea for you. You could rank all the playable characters based on how good their fighting styles are. (kinda like easiest to hardest to play as).
Arkham knight predator 1.Batman (has the most gadgets and abilities) 2.Azrael (a little less gadgets but still has the gun disruptor and explosive gel, can glide like Batman and has the same abilities like the fear takedown and inverted takedown) 3.Robin (worse gliding then the other two, but has snap flashes, explosive gel and fear takedown, can’t inverted takedown) 4.Knightwing (can’t glide, has fear takedown, electrical blast is powerful, voice synth is strong if you know how to exploit it, can’t inverted takedown) 5.Batgirl (can glide like Batman, explosive gel, no fear takedown, has inverted takedown) 6. Red Hood (can’t glide, Guns are OP but don’t count towards score on maps like endless knight, has a slightly faster silent takedown but no knockout smash, no fear takedown, no inverted takedown.) 7. Cat woman (can’t glide, has a whip which is slow af to grapple with, can sprint without alerting enemies, caltrops are ok, whip trip and disarm are alright abilities, no fear takedown or inverted takedown.) 8. Harley Quinn (can’t glide, no grappling jack in the box ability is pretty good if multiple enemies are around it but takes awhile to wind up, can only do loud takedowns, no fear takedown, no inverted takedown.)
@@jarlbalgruuf7701 Accurate. What's your opinion or combat styles? You know, flashiest moves, coolest combos, best fight style. I always like Batgirl's since it was like a mix between Catwoman and Batman. Plus she had those ridiculous slow-mo's.
Light Panel you’re sleeping on Harley. She has double takedowns, mayhem mode, and a jack in the box that can wipe out at least 3 or more enemies from the start of a predator map
Couldn't really do a top 5, so just some of my faves: All 4 of the main ones from Asylum Batcave Wayne Manor Steel Mill Police Brutality Wonder City Breaking In Blackgate Royal Hotel In the Pale Moonlight
In the next batman game, I think that they should give you multiple maps that you can do everything on with individual maps. For example, you can play your favorite map and choose your own rules
yeah they had 'custom' challenges in AC and AO but it was kinda underwhelming. It just let you use a couple of modifiers and that's it. Would be cool if you could completely build your own challenge maps from the ground up like in Far Cry 3 and then share em with your friends or post them online
One of my favorite predator encounters in the whole series is in the vault in AC as Catwoman. I would sell my soul for that to be a replayable map. I also wish you could replay the boss battle predator maps. Like Deadshot, Two-Face, Arkham Knight, (love that one!) maybe more? don't remember if there are more or not. Hell, I wish you could go back and replay any of the boss fights whenever you want.
Gdttd Eggegdh It's based off bias. They clearly did not actually play all the challenge maps or the *shudder* extreme variants. Top of the world is better for catwoman. Works a lot better
They're clearly approaching this from an aesthetic and nostalgia perspective, not gameplay. Batcave and Wayne Manor also suck in the gameplay department, but their novel concept makes them pass the other two.
Here's something interesting I found out about silent night it's about the explosive gel placement when you spray the explosive gel on fully it will give the same bat symbol that they had an asylum for instead of arkham knight's reworked design of it
My personal favs: 1. Firesale - Arkham Knight 2. Stage Fright - Arkham Knight 3. End of the Line - Arkham City 4. The Batcave - Arkham City 5. Top of the World - Arkham City
ah yes, a man of culture and taste. no offense to wayne manor, silent knight, batcave and endless knight and all of course, they're all still really super amazing and awesome locations/maps, but-i honestly kinda never really counted any of them as true predator maps and just really kinda instead, as you know like, 'for the sake of fun, exploration and vibe' kind of additions you know? they're great in that aspect, but silent knight is definitely a classic, I just love much more my own personal prefs than the classics, no disrespect or lack of love tho theyre awesome, but more along your choices, ya know? glad i aint the only one
I love the rooftop maps from Arkham Knight, they feel very open. It’s a shame that the invisible walls sort of block you in and you can’t attack them or use gadgets from across the rooftops
I'd be happy for a massive map that goes on forever to be honest. Predator is my favourite part of the games, and seeing how good I've got would make me feel great.
I played Endless Knight so much I figured out where all the ai's started out and I worked a path of who I would take out first. My highscore is 129. My heart was pounding so hard that moment I about had a heart attack lol
My personal favorite predator maps were in the Initiation dlc from arkham origins. It felt like more of a challenge because you had to get used to using bruce wayne without the batsuit and different tools.
I have always enjoyed the challenge maps and that was a large portion of why I bought knight. One that has been growing on me is the militia mall base, especially with batgirl as there is so much to hack. Also if you need any predator map gameplay I would be happy to help, whoever did this was not bad by any means (nor is it necessarily to have skilled gameplay), but though I'm not on the level of those who do the 100% guides, I'm pretty good.
I can't wait for the 5 best Arkham Combat maps. If you ask me, my two favorite combat maps are Lot Full in Arkham Origins and Crime Alley in Arkham Knight.
1: Every Map from Arkham Asylum 2: Meltdown Mayhem (Arkham City) 3: Top of The World (Arkham City) 4: The Batcave (Arkham City and Arkham Knight) 5: Breaking In (Arkham Origins)
Definitely do the combat maps Iceburg lounge in Arkham knight where you fight killer croc with knight wing as a boss fight once you reach 1 million points is a awesome And Jokers fun house from Arkham city is really pretty cool.
I hate Predator Maps mainly because I am no good at them! lol. My favorite though was Merchant's Bank in Arkham Origins. I loved the atmosphere of it and I really dug the red carpet haha. I am partial to Origins as I dug the entire Christmas look to the City.
Endless Knight is an awesome concept that I wish could be applied to every map but the actual physical map itself imo is not great cuz you are mostly just stuck at the vantage points and there is not a lot of room to be creative.
my favs are: 1. Silent Knight (Arkham Knight) 2. Silent Knight (Arkham Asylum) 3. Top of The World from Arkham City 4. Batcave (Arkham City) 5. Records Room from Arkham City
Endless Knight should have been a gamemode and not just one map. Still love it, though. That particular map presents the atmosphere of Knight very well.
Agreed completely on that.
"Top 5 Gadgets in the Arkham Games" is a video request I have for y'all.
They made a new gadget idea vid if that tickles ur fancy
Here the video is ua-cam.com/video/1Y7LBSSLlzs/v-deo.html
Freeze blast fuck yeah
@@davidhopper9793 Bastard! lol
@TheDuck ThatQuacks I know! I commented on it earlier. It finally happened!
You know the conversations that you can hear thugs have while passing by? Can you make a top 5 of those? There are some really good ones.
Breaking in is a great map. A lot of people ignored the Origins ones I think. Some were great.
My favorite was the library in arkham asylum idk I just always go to that one
No joke, my friend (who is a god at the Arkham games) somehow got 298 thugs on endless knight. I thought my 48 was good and then he just showed me up completely.
I stopped around 140 cause I got bored. You can get in a rhythym and keep it going almost forever if you're careful.
Degenerate Jay
Oh my god, you responded. This is now like the best day of my life.
Lol I'm just a person but I appreciate the enthusiasm
I've gotten 140 as well

The bomb’s payload is exposed. I can use the power winch to trigger a controlled explosion.

It's a DLC map. You play as a B-man and N-wing duo.
5. Meltdown Mayhem
4. GCPD from Nightwing DLC (as shit as the DLC was, it’s a tough map and very fun)
3. Wayne Manor Main Hall
2. Endless Knight
1. Top of the World
I hate not putting anything from Asylum, as it might just be my favorite game of all time.
Never really thought about this but yeah..these maps are awesome
I was hoping for an endless predator map, sort of like “Endless Knight” but without the timer.
I like challenge maps, but I haaaate the Campaigns from Arkham City. So relieved they didn't return in future games, or at least it doesn't look like they have
Campaigns? It’s been a while since I’ve played city so I may be a little out of the loop
@@MourningStar67 the mode where you had to complete 3 challenge maps, with modifiers, with a limited number of retries
Challenge maps...
I love that they exist, but man when you're trying complete the game 100%...

I have Origins on PC and Asylum, City, and Knight on Xbox

Jarl Balgruuf how is batgirl lower in the list than robin? She is almost The same than batman
0:36 wtf, I didnt know I could do that
Degenerate Jay doesnt have enough subscribers for how good his content is he posts. Love your videos on the arkham series dude.

i really liked the gcpd in arkham knight from the knight wing dlc. just smashing through the window was always so cool
I just wanna tell you i really appreciate you and hope you make it high
Hey thanks bro! Preciate you too!
I really wish endless night was available on all the predator maps as a mode, maybe unlockable if you get a high enough score on the map.
I loved them in Asylum, City and Origins. They were way to big in Knight, getting the medals seemed more like a chore or a pain in the ass.
Top of the World? That's pretty controversial. Makes me wanna see your list of worst predator maps.
Gdttd Eggegdh It's based off bias. They clearly did not actually play all the challenge maps or the *shudder* extreme variants. Top of the world is better for catwoman. Works a lot better

Intensive Treatment, The Record Filing and the Sewers one from Arkham Asylum are some of my favorites
Bro when u said the batcave my god did I get happy
The batcave is unreal my dude :)
Surprised to see the Wonder Tower one on here. I did not like that one.
5: Police Brutality (City)
4: record breaker (Asylum)
3: Meltdown Mayhem (City)
2: Silent Night (Asylum)
1: Batcave (Knight)
You work for the Penguin?
Hellish Fatman i did, whats it to you?
(Crassshh)
I hate the Penguin
(Thwap,Thwap,Thwap,Thwap)
Survival Tactics my all time favorite I used to play that one like over and over and over again because it was in the Arkham Asylum demo.
WHERE IS PALE MOON LIGHT!!! that’s soo good. Very good choices tho.
Love ur vids Jay! Keep it up
Here's something interesting I found out about silent night it's about the explosive gel placement when you spray the explosive gel on fully it will give the same bat symbol that they had an asylum for instead of arkham knight's reworked design of it
No Money Down in Origins is one of my favourites. I don't know why but I love it.
Top 5 predator
5.GCPD
4.Blackgate Prison
3.Wayne Manor
2.Iceburg Lounge
1.Batcave
I got on the top 100 of the steelmil, damn, it was insane How many tries It took
When you do combat maps, please don't forget about Jokers Carnival
I Almost thought the Arkham city batcave was knight for a second
My favorite besides Endless Knight is End of the Line (Extreme) from Arkham City.
I love these videos. And I love this channel.
Been wating for this video
Silent Knight I managed in about 19 seconds. And that was getting all three challenges as well.
That's definitely neat. I'm not at all into speedrunning the maps I kind of find it boring but it's cool to me how other people do it.
My personal favs:
1. Firesale - Arkham Knight
2. Stage Fright - Arkham Knight
3. End of the Line - Arkham City
4. The Batcave - Arkham City
5. Top of the World - Arkham City

Stage Fright is so great and so underrated! A Predator Map set in a film set is a bloody genius idea.
I love wayne manor map the most, always will be my favourite
Rank the openings of each game!
I liked the GCPD map in knight that came with the nightwing dlc
same
I really liked the Arkham Knight boss fight because the room would constantly change with new enemy types being thrown into the mix
I think I speak for all rational people when I say I wish the devs had provided the maps vs. Freeze.
The only predator maps I’ll play in Knight are Stage Fright and Vertigo. They’re just set up so well and have good environments
Things that God of War did right or wrong would be a good video idea
Who else thought wonder city was super creepy
I love the rooftop maps from Arkham Knight, they feel very open. It’s a shame that the invisible walls sort of block you in and you can’t attack them or use gadgets from across the rooftops
I'd be happy for a massive map that goes on forever to be honest. Predator is my favourite part of the games, and seeing how good I've got would make me feel great.
I really liked the bank predator sections from the Two-Face those were sick
You could do tons of cool remote device hack takedowns
Revive and shine is good for the fact that it's known for the alt character free roam glitch
Oh Jay , what blessing do you bring to us today 🙌😂
I played Endless Knight so much I figured out where all the ai's started out and I worked a path of who I would take out first. My highscore is 129. My heart was pounding so hard that moment I about had a heart attack lol
The remote claw is so OP 🤣

In asylum there is a map, not sure what the name is, but it’s for the challenge: Nocturnal Hunter.
I need to find out where the bullet entered the court... and where it impacted...
FINALLY! My favorite is 1 vs 100 in Arkham origins
Silent night in Arkham asylum was my favorite, but the bat cave AK and endless night
MINE THOSE VANTAGE POINTS!!!!!!
I can't wait for the 5 best Arkham Combat maps. If you ask me, my two favorite combat maps are Lot Full in Arkham Origins and Crime Alley in Arkham Knight.
1: Every Map from Arkham Asylum
2: Meltdown Mayhem (Arkham City)
3: Top of The World (Arkham City)
4: The Batcave (Arkham City and Arkham Knight)
5: Breaking In (Arkham Origins)
You know i noticed that in arkham knight we didn't have the sonic batarang. That with the multi take down would've made things interesting
Use voice manipulation device?
My favorite is either endless night or Financial crash
Definitely do the combat maps
Iceburg lounge in Arkham knight where you fight killer croc with knight wing as a boss fight once you reach 1 million points is a awesome
And Jokers fun house from Arkham city is really pretty cool.
My favorite is Arkham knight Wayne manor
GCPD in Origins is my favorite
My favourite is actually Invisible Predator from Asylum
My favourite in all games Is silent night
If endless knight was at the panessa studios predator map that would be the best
I think Wayne manor if not number 2 should of been at least in the list
Is there a video like this on combat maps?
Not yet
Swap silent knight with the batcave and move Wayne Manor to #2 and I would completely agree
I hate Predator Maps mainly because I am no good at them! lol. My favorite though was Merchant's Bank in Arkham Origins. I loved the atmosphere of it and I really dug the red carpet haha. I am partial to Origins as I dug the entire Christmas look to the City.
I’m surprised everyone loved endless knight. I never really cared for it like that
Same
My top one has to be the Botanical gardens from asylum
I don’t know if my game was glitched, but once when I was on a Wonder Tower gargoyle, I inverted takedown’ed a guy from a roof way below
I like under the pale moonlight
5.End of the line (Arkham City)
4.Silent knight (Arkham Asylum)
3.Batcave (Arkham City)
2.Breaking in (Arkham Origins)
1.Endless knight (Arkham Knight)
Wayne manor and the batcave from knight
Endless Knight is an awesome concept that I wish could be applied to every map but the actual physical map itself imo is not great cuz you are mostly just stuck at the vantage points and there is not a lot of room to be creative.
I thought the nightwing dlc stealth missions was ok but the city dlc in hugo strange missions were great.
Least favorite was Wonder tower because that was hard.
End of the Line from Arkham City is the best Predator map in my opinion
I love/hate top of the world. I love it because the outside of it and the view of the city is amazing. And I hate the inside of it.
my favs are:
1. Silent Knight (Arkham Knight)
2. Silent Knight (Arkham Asylum)
3. Top of The World from Arkham City
4. Batcave (Arkham City)
5. Records Room from Arkham City
The only predator challenge map I hated is the one in the meseum. That thing pissed me off so much
Do top 5 game mechanics added into later games (e.g batmobile, grapple boost etc)
That Wonder Tower map is one of my least favourites hahaha
I have the video paused at 0:00. I hope #1 is the Intensive Treatment Lobby.
It’s clear that we have different taste, but I definitely respect this list.
