This gives folks a little insight into what it takes to maintain a large property. It takes a lot of planning and work on the landowner to have a great property. You can not leave your property to be unmanaged and expect it to take care of itself. Hunting and fishing are a fun and enjoyable experience but without a lot of work the land can turn into a mess full of all kinds predators who will kill everything that you have living on your land which makes the land totally worthless for making a living off of it.
There's a difference between owning land and a animal farm...

Nilgai Bull: Video Recommendation: OK man! I know you guys must have the connections to get-er-done. Spot and Stalk Fair Chase Nilgai Hunt with no bait, no pre-set blind. If you sit over a big poop pile, thatʻs cool. I recently took an old blue bull and a cow on public ground spot and stalk in Texas.
I wonder if an airgun would put a Nilgai bull down?. Eons of evolving along side the tiger has them way tougher than elk, Africa tough!
