3 DIY Purses | diy purse, diy tote, diy clutch | dollar store diy | ikea diy

3 amazingly easy, cheap and beautiful diy purses bags that I made of place mats from the dollar store & Ikea.
I wanted to create some trendy bags that I could wear during the summer and (more importantly) on vacation! I always find myself wishing I had trendy bags but never end buying them because I just can't justify spending the $$$ on bags that might be out of season by next year. Insert this video. Trendy and SUPER AFFORDABLE DIY bags that I will totally wear and not feel terrible about buying :).
Materials:
BAG 1: THE DIY CLUTCH | dollar store diy
- 1 bamboo place mat (Dollarama) similar off of Amazon: amzn.to/30wxnOO
- 6 jumbo craft/ popcicle sticks: amzn.to/2LM2ykJ
- scissors or something to cut the sticks with
- black tea (I used orange pekoe)
- e6000 glue: amzn.to/2xItz0m
BAG 2: THE PERFECT DIY TOTE | dollar store diy
- 3 rectangle place mats (Dollarama) -
- e6000 glue: amzn.to/2xItz0m
- scissors
- paper clips (more than you think)
- thick ribbon for the straps or a second hand bag that you can swipe the straps off of
BAG 3: THE DIY BOHO STRAW CIRCLE BAG | ikea diy

Oh my gosh, I love this! I used three of the exact same dollarstore placemat to do a temporary cover for my apartment's ugle table pendant, now I totally want to do a matching clutch!!
