    i love learning slovak from your channel, it is very helpful. Do you have a video on how to say when your birthday is? For example, my birthday is the eighteenth of July.

    Great dialogue, with formal approach and a lot of new terms! Thank you.
    I have a question 😊
    Can you use "Teši ma" also in formal situations or is it only for friendly ones ?

    • @learnslovak
      @learnslovak  8 місяців тому +1

      Yes Daniela, you can use Teší ma both in formal and informal contexts :) Teší ma literally means "Pleasing me" so actually you are referring to yourself only in this case :))

      Thank you Lenka, now it's clear! ❤
      The fact that English translation is "nice to meet YOU" led me to ask if there is difference between formal and informal.
      By the way, also in Italian we have a difference between formal and informal : in the first situation we use third singular pronoun (and less used, the second plural pronoun, like in Slovak), in the second one we use the second singular pronoun).
      Čauko!

    Ahoj Lenka, mám rad vás videá. I have one request for future videos. Is it possible to write the number words, maybe in parentheses? For example, 2 (dvoch) týždeň. It’s especially helpful for ordinal numbers, like dates.

    Great stuff! Keep going. How much is the course? I'll have a look later. My Girlfriends Slovak, so naturally I wanna get to fluency fast. (Sorry this is in English, I only know 10 words in Slovak ha). I'm also a coach, just with English instead)) you're awesome 👌
