Plastic pallet is an environmentally friendly choice. Household scrap including used shampoo bottles can be recycled into raw materials for plastic pallets. This green product not only creates the second generation of used plastic, but also replaces the wooden pallets to save timber. Materials of pallet include HDPE (High-density Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene).

In Australia they are foreshadowing some empty supermarket shelves because they are running out of wood for pallets.
At the same time, people accumulate truckloads of HDPE in homes, waiting for lids to be recycled. Madness.
