Check out my blog for all things camera gear related.
    devingraham.blogspot.com/2014/...
I have below a list of all the equipment we use on most our shoots. They are direct links to Amazon, where we bought all the same equipment. These are affiliate links, so if you want to support us, and buy the item off the link, will make a little money off of it. Your not charged any extra, and it goes to supporting us, just wanted to make sure you knew ahead of time :) These are all products I stand by 100 percent regardless, and all products we use on a day to day basis. At the end of this list I'll have a link to a blog going into even more depth about the equipment we use.
    Camera Equipment I Use:
Canon 5D Mark III (use for all our behind the scene videos):
    amzn.to/1Xe3uL3
    Devinsupertramp Signature Series Glidecam:
    amzn.to/1UU9UjC
My Favorite Lenses in Order of used most:
    Canon 16-35mm F/4 USM
    amzn.to/1Xe3KtA
    Canon 14mm F/2.8
    amzn.to/1UUacqQ
    Canon 70-200mm F/2.8 II
    amzn.to/1UUaf5X
    Canon 24mm F/1.4L II
    amzn.to/1UUaj5S
    Canon 50mm F/1.2
    amzn.to/1Xe3XwT
For all our aerial shots, we use the DJI Inspire 1, with two controllers.
    amzn.to/1UUauhl
Our favorite audio mic for on board camera:
    Rode Pro Mic
    amzn.to/1R8xPMH
We also use B+W circular polarizer. They get rid of the reflections from water, windows, and most plants/green things. We use them whenever the sun is out. When buying a polarizer make sure to get the right size for the lens that you own. I feel if your going to spend the money and buy an expensive lens, it's worth spending the extra money to buy a polarizer of the same quality to match your lens, otherwise your lens won't be as clear. Plan on spending about 130 dollars US for one.
Here's a couple different sizes for common lenses:
    77mm.
    amzn.to/1UUbjH2
    82mm
    amzn.to/1UUbnXp
GoPro Hero4 Black Edition. This is the one we use and recommend.
    amzn.to/1RIIxno
    The GoScope We Use:
    go-scope.com/?...
    Western Digital 2TB Hard Drives:
    amzn.to/255VuBx
    Transcend Card Reader:
    amzn.to/1WsByD7
Here's the drones I would get in order of my favorite. We use the DJI Inspire 1 for our videos.
    DJI Inspire 1
    amzn.to/1ow1cuS
-I would get two controllers if possible to have the ability to have someone control the camera as well.
    DJI Phantom 4: http:amzn.to/1RY2AEm
    3DR Solo:
    amzn.to/1RY2DAf
If you have a very small budget and don't have enough to buy a big/medium drone, this is an awesome option to learn how to fly for under $100.00. They have a small camera on them, I would use them not for the camera but strictly to learn how to fly.
    Parrot Mini Drone:

Thanks Devin. What I learned is 'just be you'. The key to anything great is learning the principles yet bringing your own twist. That's what makes us amazing. Not copycatting!!!
So working on making better UA-cam videos now.

Great advice Devin, thanks! Your camera angels using the glidecam changed the way I used to look at nature videos and made me love doing such type of videos. I'll be forever grateful for that

+devingraham I've been creating stuff for years, every now and then, a bit more serious the past few months but nothing big, I did tried asking you to check my videos out but I know you get thousands of comments so it's a little mission impossible for that to happen, but if you get to see this if you can at least see my demo reel I know that one is decent enough that I can say you could like it :)

Thanks for the tutorial! I love how you said that everyone should film/photograph according to your own way. It's so easy to admire other people's work and get influenced into your own work. I realized recently that I should have my own style when I went diving and started taking underwater macro photography...otherwise, everyone's work would just look the same.

Great vid Devin. Love the practical statement about the eye level POV everyone already has. It's like when you ride in a car, if you show the drivers POV is boring. If you flip the cam on the driver and passenger -- from the dashboard POV -- you can't get that perspective in the everyday world. Thanks for the great guidance.

As a photographer and videographer in my school's mass communication society, I'd like to thank you, Devin, for creating all these tutorials which helped me and my friends to have a better understanding in these areas. I'm currently experimenting with a cheep home made glide cam, since I don't have the budget for a real one) which would enable me to take more motion shots, and you sir, gave me some ideas for that. We're planning to expand our product range from the usual school magazine to digital newsreels to post online, wish us luck!
Finally, greetings from Penang, Malaysia (P.s: we have lots of awesome stuff here for you to explore) Peace out~

Devin please include in your Glidecam video what focal length you choose for what situation, whether it is harder for you to film with 40mm than with 16mm etc. I always film on 10mm (1.6x crop) what makes it quite easy to get steady shots but sometimes it would be better to go with 24 or something but it's hard to keep steady then.

We have on TV in France a program, broadcasting internet videos in different categories (incredible, animals, nature sports, etc..) called "Le Zap". And when I see a video from you, without knowing the credits, i'm like "It seems like a Devin's video!" And it is!
(I broadcasted to my parents some of your work, and now, when watching this TV show, they can also tell "It looks like a Devin's work!")
