Hi Rich, I am wondering what happened two the two guys that were building a house a year ago and they were very advanced on the construction but we never got to see the finished home? Hopefully they are ok and everything was finished as they expected
Im really interested in this topic. How much is the cost per meter of land your building on? What is the minimum of lot size need. I know that depends . But just a rough estimate. Do you think 13 x 32 meters lot size is good? Also I have heard that sometimes there is no land study of dirt. Then the house starts falling apart years later. Also what are the estimates of square meter for the actual house construction ? Looking forward to this.

Hello Rich, my wife and I currently reside in Arizona. Although our dream is to build in Mexico, but possibly not in Lake Chapala are the areas that it appears that you represent. But what we need help with is of course, billing the house, but also finding the land in which to build a house. Therefore my question is will Rimando build in places that are not the places that you just mentioned?

Very nice neighborhood. Thanks for another great video Rich. I have a question. Do lots of people in Mexico who moved there from the US and Canada have? I only as because people here do. One more thing, do the CCRs have any provisions pertaining to solar panels or chupacabras?

in the Yucatan it is $15,000 psm so start. a lot depends on finishes.
Have you very been in Mexico Estado de México?? At the north area as Cuautitlan Izcalli, it is so close from Mexico city and have Averything to give the american good quality life

How much is the 800 square meter lot?
If it costs 15000 per square meter, that as about 1400 plus per square ft! That is extremely high in my opinion. Plus tying up that much money over a year to build. No thank you. Jmo
There is no way it's $15,000 per square meter. I've had several quotes in Ajijic and they run from about $538 per sq meter ($50 a sq ft) low end to a bit over $1,000 a sq meter ($100 a sq foot) for higher end finishes, more difficult construction, etc. Perhaps he meant $1,500 a sq meter, which may be the case in the Yucatan - I haven't priced things there.
