The vast majority of the money he just signed off on was for US military industrial complex companies to start production on new weapons and ammo to replace that which has already been sent to the Ukraine. Most of it is years away before it can be sent. The very recent so called HATO exercise was probably HATO countries gathering up the last remaining vehicles and fuel and weapons and ammo to send across the border to the Ukraine. Ukraines problem is not solved by money or weapons. They need trained soldiers and it is something the US will never openly send. Of course HATO countries already have special forces there. This is just more billions of dollars into the pot for corruption at both ends... in the west and in Ukraine, which is why it keeps getting approval. If US politicians weren't making money on this it wouldn't be happening. The longer this takes the smaller the independent country of Ukraine is going to be, and the smaller its population is going to be. The majority of people the Ukraine is killing is its own men if they surrender...
